all the way in homebush. . . . . worse place ever to have an exam.
hard to get to... no scenery... no free parking... transport nightmare... nothing.
and i also dislike afternoon exams. such a waste of a day... even if it means you get to study in the morning (i didn't really........). Rather get them over with.
One more on Thursday... and then get to go back to work (haha, can you believe, i am actually kind of looking forward to it!!!!!!!)

feels a little strange to be home on a wednesday. i feel like my routine has been disrupted. went to the gym later - so all the people were unfamiliar... like i was walking into a completely different gym altogether.
then i didnt have my usual breakfast of one boiled egg. i had raisin toast instead and tea.
probs be drinking like 10 cups of tea to make up for my usual coffee too. bwahaha
just calorie counted easter eggs. the results are shocking.
i have so many things i want to do post exam. . . :-)
clean the fish tank is on the top!
and possibly going to DFO.
and if my rents go on a holiday in june, i want to have a boardgame and pizza sleepover (make ur own pizze of course, not order) with pancakes and waffles for a breakfast hangover. =D
also really excited about the netball game on sunday.
not so much going back to work on monday. my emails have been forwarded to someone else (not someone i trust and who will prob not even bother doing most of my stuff) so i wont even know what has happened... (i dont entirely agree with email forwarding. i think the GE way of delegating is much more useful because there is an email trail of what ppl have looked at and done for you... and it all stays in your inbox to file).
i will be really stressed on monday because it is also payroll week. i am putting money on the fact that a number of timesheets will be lost because of this email forwarding.
but that's something to think about later.
need to concentrate now.

pretty ordinary day at work. called bob a few times. shared a few laughs. talked about a couple of my colleagues and my impending exit. he blundered a few times and nailed him.. hehehehe.
1. he said i was "almost" as special as kaz. so i asked why.
2. he said why would u need a license for accounting?
so i answered his questions with questions. and he stammered. and he was like.. oh.. ur no fun! =D
anyhow, finally got around to logging on to check my CPA results online.

to caffeine.
i suffered withdrawal symptoms whilst studying.
and i had to have 3 coffees - 2 hot, 1 iced - to curb those symptoms today.
and also to keep me awake and to energize my braincells which, by the way, are now beyond fried.
a 3 hour exam and then 4 hours of going through, sifting, softing and answering the most urgent of urgent of over 100+ emails over a span of 3 days is not fun. especially when ur phone doesn't stop ringing either.
i felt like i hadn't been to work in weeks not just 2.5 days!
however, i am now FREE~

i feel like i've been so selfish - i've been cooped up in my own little world, literally, inside the four walls that is my room for the past few days when i should be caring about others - my family, my friends. and not just little issues like how's it going, what's happening. i'm talking serious issues.
i feel disconnected and i think i'm shutting out a lot that i'm feeling.
you might be able to tell. i blog about the vain, unimportant and shallow aspects of my life - what i choose to tell, not what i really should be expressing / venting.
why? because its easy. and i don't need to think about it.
but i think - from tuesday (i.e., post exam) - i need to start caring, to start thinking about all the things that have happened, and to start playing a more active role in fixing, listening and understanding.
so many things planned but i feel like i have to overcome this massive hurdle until i get to them.
i'm so excited about my company's 15th birthday. i'm so excited about the weekend starting the 5th. and i'm looking forward to catching up with the girls. i also want to go horseriding.
i need to face reality sometime too - the fact that my grandma has been in hospital for sometime now, that one of my best friends is going through probably one of the hardest times of her life, and of course, my never-ending battle with my weighty issues.
i've decided to start a new diet. and i hope, that this time, i will stick to it no matter how difficult it gets. i've got the exercise part down packed, and eventhough i have been cutting carbs out of my diet, i just feel that it's not enough. never enough. and it calls for extreme measures.
so many little things in life that define who you are. i think i've made an effort on many fronts. but i don't get the same feedback or responses that i feel are appropriate. but in life, one can only try.
it's almost, but not quite, like i'm about to start a new chapter in my life. almost~

my brain feels a little like mush. mash? mushy?
anyhow, so im taking tonight off. and possibly tomorrow depending on how much sleep i get..
my godbrother LOVES me atm. as soon as he's in the house its
and when my sister tries to play with him or picks him up, he tries to slap or punch her. AHAHAHHAHAHAHA. yeah okay. thats bad. i trying to teach him not to. but he thinks its a game..
and there is no way that if i take him to taronga, that i will carry him all day. he's gonna break my back.
small list of to dos tomorrow. need to find a relatively inexpensive but good place to get my hair cut. asian people stuff it.. cut it too short and do what they want to do instead of what i tell them to do. and skips can't deal with asian hair. dilemma.
and as i predicted. today was shit weather. again, its my fault. i hate exams on rainy days. it gets my jeans wet and makes me uncomfy. hahaha.

randoms:
i lost five bucks.
its my parents 21st anniversary today.
we had unusual dinner guests.
it was my legt midsession this evening.
spent the day studying for tax. i eventually couldnt b stuffed and drove to uni. and got beautiful parking. right at the entrance of the street closest to uni. i was like. yay! turns out carl got there even before i did.. he was just parked just behind me. and hector came along about 15 mins later.
the time allowed for the exam was a bit of a joke. initially it was 90 minutes plus 10 reading time. that was increased to 100 minutes plus 10 minutes reading time. however, most people had finished within 40-60 minutes and were well, twiddling their thumbs. and we werent allowed to leave but our lecturer was like.. okay, whos finished?
*90% if people put their hands up*
okay keep working. a few mins later he's like if u wish to leave, put ur hand up. otherwise, you stay until the end of the exam. i think most people left. LOL
15 MC. 100 minutes. thats a long time. even if they were full page questions.

so i had a cold for this holiday monday which meant i went to work and came home and slept for most of the afternoon. so much for studying. although i did finish my notes for my gened course so thats one less thing to worry about at the moment. as if that makes me feel so much better.
i went and bought this huge jar of vitamin c tablets. lol. im becoming a druggie. sucks that i can't eat fruit at the moment. and sucks that there's no sun. i need vitamin d as well!!
