today, went with valerie to fix up her computer woes. basically, she got a new 2 gig stick. lol. warranty void.

went to the new taiwanese place in hurstville that is owned by my sister's friends mums. it was alrite. the chairs were nice. but the place is too blank - void - empty. it needs some decor to absorb the noise levels and the echoes.
then we went to officeworks where i got my sister her lil miami student chair. and a usb stick for dad. and highlighters for me. didn't that cost a small fortune. lol only cause ive already spend like half my paycheck from this week. so broke.

nessie and scout had a great day. chasing each other around the backyard after we cut the grass. and after nessie got over her fear of what a lawnmower is. hahaha.
feels really good to stay at home on a sunday. very familyish. and was in the yard most of the day. cleaning. playing. rolling around in the grass.

there was a funeral today. aunty rita (biu-jeh's) husband. he was 94. he was buried in macquarie park in north ryde. apparently the place is really nice. there was a huge turnout. over 200 people. and it was good that all his children, grandchildren and great-grandchild could make it. my parents got to catch up with heaps of old friends. and aunty mary invited me to visit her in cairns.

on wednesday i was told to take it down because they were lowering the modules. which meant i had to relay it. so i relayed it. and then apparently, he didnt like how it looked (eventhough everyone else said i was FINE). so we had to take it all down a gain today and fix it. and guess who had to clean up the shit?
and then, stupidly, one person is rostered on in kidswear tonight. and the person who was supposed to be doing menswear called in sick. so they asked me to stay back. and i said i couldn't. and he's all pissed off at me.
it's not my fault someone can't work. and it is NOT my responsibility to either replace or cover their shift. i have the option to say that i can't extend my hours. i've already worked my ass off this week for them. for this stupid DM visit. and he's expecting so much more it really pisses me off. i'm the only one available on weekdays atm. so he should really stop putting so much pressure on me to work more hours. =(

we picked her up from the rspca today. it was a close call. cause if i'd been 5 minutes earlier, nessie would be a chocolate and white "jasper" (which is her brother). but as an afterthough, valerie, dad and i had decided that nessie was the better choice. she was lighter, brighter, happier and more playful. her brother was down, fat and lazy.
went to arvo tea - hk style (yeah, i'm livin in the past) with valerie. then we went to get puppy food and toys and whatever else puppies need. a brush. still need to get her a kennel. but don't think she needs one yet.
she's not allowed to be walked yet cause she still needs to get her booster shots. but shes smart and she's already learning how to sit!
scout's a bit jealous when we only pay her attention. but he's being an awesome big brother to 'miu miu'. he keeps an eye out for her and makes sure she doesn't go where she's not supposed to. =)
had coffee and cake at ellas with val and her brother and grandma. that was fun. haha then i rocked up to work. and said i was back yadda yadda. and was given four shifts for next week. yay. found out what happened. found out whos becoming my new manager. will be interesting.
went to visit grandma today. she was happy to see me of course. and little baby brian was in the middle of pooing - again. then he got bathed. and fell asleep in my arms. =)
and i am seriously thinking about adopting a new dog. preferably a puppy.

lacking sleep but so glad to be home. although the house is a bit rough because monkeys dont bother with cleaning the house. or doing the washing. or watering the plants. etc.
so met up with valerie at the airport last night. since she was on a later flight. =) and shouted himhim burger king. which was definietely better than maccas but still not as good as the stuff in oz. gonna miss the kid. he was so sad to see us go.
i think we were the last people to board the plane. hahaha that hasn't happened since i was little but we had to wait ages to get our boarding passes. sat upstairs in the two best seats nearest the emergency exits.
syd airport needs to fix its lines for quarantine inspection. people just pretty much push and shove until the get through which is like not nice. at all.
