took longer than expected to get there. that tends to happen when there are 5 simultaneous events going on at sydney olympic park!!!!!

anyway, we got there in the end. the apartment wasn't an easy place to find either!! thank goodness for the blue and white balloons out the front!

anyways, it was the first time i have even been in the same room WITH SO MANY PREGNANT WOMEN ALL HAVING BOYS. it was a strange and freaky coincidence.

but we were here for my gorgeous coz amy =D =D =D

whee... another nephew!!!!!!!

anyway, we were playing baby shower games. and lol lol lol. the competition ended up being between my sis and i. bwahahahahaha attention hogs. she won btw. dammit.

and amy was going on about how we have heaps of baby experience cause we both work(ed) in the nursery dept of tarjay. hahahahaha ;)

really lovely afternoon. very girly.

everytime a guy (either hubby or partner) came, christine (the hostess since it was her place) said

"ooooooh!!! THE STRIPPERS ARE HERE!!!"

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA and everytime, the guy got embarassed and ran!!!! =D =D =D

her partner around 5 pm txted her and asked

"is it testosterone level safe to come back yet?"

awwwww.

going to try and get a couple of hours of study in now.

can someone please come and collect my godbro and take him away. i want to sleep. thx.

caught up with a few ge girls for lunch today. :-) not much has changed apparently. hahaha.

so tired. the booze just made me more tired. . . hm.

been a pretty shiat week all around.

we played shithouse netball today. and the opposing team weren't even that good. we just fell apart. no idea what happened. gave away all these penalties and intercepts. lost by a whopping 10. can't even blame the two new kids on the block. we. were. SHIT.

works keeping me super busy. felt like a debt collection/chaser today. just pay us damn you!!! it's overdue you govt entities thinking youre above the law!!! bwahahaha.

cannot wait for the booze 4 pm tomorrow. and i'm the one who ordered it. teehehehehehe. free reign on the credit card!! woohoo!! . . . jokes. there are limits.

Slept in cause it was cold and stayed up watching the game
Feel sick cause missed the gym
Didn't bring a cardigan and now freezing

i napped the afternoon away after opening my CPA folder and reading the first paragraph.

but ive been super motivated this evening and ploughed through a good half of a module!!! go me!!! i never use to think i was a night owl (always thought i studied better during the day).

times have changed and i guess it comes with different commitments.

happy that i'm studying and not procrastinating!

slowest game of the comp for sure. i barely broke a sweat until we switched positions at half time. and we were a player down the first half.

so i spent a lot of money on my very neglected aquarium.

its looking at lot better now... at least it actually has more than 2 fish in it!! and lots of shnazzy looking plants too.

YAY!

i need a new filter soon. this ones way old and getting kinda noisy. the new FLUVAL is tremendously expensive but looks really cool.

also . . i think i am after years and years away from the game, addicted to netball again. all because of my new work ppl!!! its like... my ops manager especially. . . lives and breathes netball every spare second she - we - get.

watched the game today. play during lunches . . . whats next?

need to start studying soon. so not ready.

i am positive my iphone did not go off this morning.

which lead to a while chain of events.

no gym. therefore, felt lethargic.

had to do all my gardening housework in my pretty work clothes. nearly got jumped on by a muddy nessie.

didnt have time to cook my eggs properly.

so, can i sue apple?

So what's special about today? Not much lol

Had family dinner on Sunday by will probs visit family and frienda in the days to come. And vice versa

Played Netball in the heat today and we won!!!! Woohoo our opponent were at the top of the ladder too :-)

The guys at work are so endearing... It must be a pom culture thing but they all have their work clothes at work. Like they come to work in casual and change and a few of them just keep a whole bunch of shirts in the wardrobes provided. What's funny is that a few of them coordinate with each other and decide what pattern and colour shirt each day is...

E.g.

Today was blue striped shirt day so everyone had a blue strips shirt on.
Yesterday was pink

I think it's funny hehe

and you know what the really weird thing was?

I didn't even think it was that overly hot. like the first whiff of the heat, yeah it was full on. but i wasn't like sweating my ass off or anything. even at lunch when i went out, didn't really "feel" it.

my body's probably like, meh, its just real air, not that air conditioned BS she breathes all day long.

my poor garden and pups and chickens... they were all on the verge of heatstroke cause they had no icy cold water since probably about 2 pm. :-( sooo worried.

someone just called the home phone. i'm sorry but i didn't hear it. and its too much effort trying to physically find where the phones are. they are always in different locations, some handsets work and other's dont. if it's important, you will know to call my mobile. 


guessing it was either Dad or Aunty.
