its been a long and eventful day

started off by going to the gym to sweat it out. then had to rush home and shower and get ready for work.. with an hour of retail therapy beforehand. and waiting in a car queue to fill up my tank before that. i was pleasantly surprised when my tank was filled and the metre hadnt reached the 50 dollar mark. good for me and good for my bank account =). i bought a pair of pants today.. and that dress i've been eyeing for who knows how many weeks now. no equip headband =( =( and had a quick look at the cotton on sale. it was crap. there was this cooper st dress tat was really nice and cheap too.. but i tried it on.. and it only looks good on the coathanger. hahaha.
worked for 5 hours. so glad i didnt have to take the calls cause we had two people today. so i was invisible to the phones and stuff =D yay. i could clean and close in peace without being disturbed. makes you so much more efficient. by 5 oclock, our department looked soo spick and span.
then drove to city.. and picked my fellow jin followers up from capitol.. where they proceeded to eat my cookies =P jk. we drove to the restauraunt on sussex, and passed slip inn (oh, so famous.. not) on the way. found street parking for 2.20 per hour. which was better than what id expected. so parked there. and then they put on their make up using the street lights. so we were parked there.. and they got out and looked like druggos on the street. hahaha. and when i was parking, one of my wheels hit a piece of glass and it was flying.. and i was like SHITTTT!! tat wasnt part of my car was it?!?! lucky it wasnt. so all's good there. and one of the ticket machines was like credit card payments only.. so i was like.... err.. no.. *runs to other machine* accepts coins. good good =D hahaha
the restaurant was nice. service was rather shit. and food? haha i cant give a fair and balanced review of the food.. cause i drank water.. and more water (since i was DD which means NO ALCOHOL).. and ate like salad. i had one rib (cause val made me) a few onion rings and chips.. after trying to drain more oil from it. HAHAHA drove susan (YES SUSAN!! havent seen her in ages) and val crazy. lol so funny.
then we headed to darling harbour for some dessert and ice cream at passionflower [after chucking more money into the machine for parking] and they opened presents. so sat there until around 10.. its actually quite nice walking around darling harbour at night.. especially along the water.. so calming.
got home 15 minutes before dad. streets at night are so quiet and rather daunting. and i feel really awake eventhough i should be really tired... uni tomorrow. -__-"

the water torrent at the pool is sooooooo good. like a back massage with water. afterwards, felt like heaps of weight was lifted off my shoulders. then went to steamroom for a while.
drove out to westfield and parked car there.. then went to city. and as much as i didnt want to spend money.. guess what i did? =P =D although, i actually didnt spend that much. no jokes.
i was spewing in esprit cause the knit top that i got i got for 60 something.. and it was 20 today.. but i made mself feel better by saying that i had it for all of winter and it would be useless at the end of winter. if i wasnt so broke, i woulda gotten heaps more stuff. but i settled on two tops from the esprit collection. very nice and very heavily reduced plus a further 30% off. so they ended up being like 7 bucks each.. which is cheaper than say, supre or cotton on or some shitty store like that.
next went to jay jays, bought 6 tops for 5 bucks each.. 4 for me, one for sister and one for dad. see, i can shop for others too. nothing suited mum so i chose to raincheck her for later. got a monkey top for the monkey. hahaha its so ironicly funny.
oh and went to gp.. havainnas for 10 bucks!! 10 bucks!!! and i was coerced into getting the green instead of the pink. ended up getting a size too big.. but i think it was meant to be cause dad can have them too. matches his top =P. hahaha and when it really gets warmed, i will get another pair.
total expenditure: 55 bucks with a few silver coins in change. not too bad methinks.
oh yeah, and donnas mum was sick so she had to leave early.. so we only got two bags. and well, i reckon its just an excuse for her and cherry to part-tore. lol
got back to hurstville around 5:15ish.. had a look in equip.. and there was this headband (similar to donnas) that was really really nice!!! and i really wanted to buy it!! but i didnt.. cause it was 15.. and i have to think about it.
and i wouldve gone to three too but since somoene had no receoption so i couldnt call them, i couldnt use up my credit and therefore, i couldnt switch to three yet.
went to work. god, one of the worst nights. fuckin pigsty in kids and even worse in nursery. had these couples who were so retarded too. and everyone was so relieved when it was 9 oclock. managed to get place cleaned up ok considering everything. and learning call other stores comes in so handy =)

because of the checking of enrollment in our acct lecture today, the theatre was not filled to capacity. which was a good change i think.. but still too noisy. and val made a frend so dondon and jess and i had to sit by ourselves. hahaha.
i had two presentations today. one 10 minutes and one 2 minutes but both weighting the same. macro was okay. nothing bad happened. no smoking overhead projectors.
but the legal one.. ahahahhaha. firstly, 2 minutes.. you cant say jackshit in two minutes. and secondly, the majority of the class were major fobs.. so it was like listening to really really REALLY painfully bad english for an hour.. oh man. and they didnt even answer the question.. so it was like... -___________- tick tock.. 'hi everyone, im [insert fob name]. my article is on [watever]. etc etc. so bas[ic]ly breeech [breach] of the tpa is very bad. thank you'. and the number of people who did the same article.. absolutely incredible. over half the class i reckon. i saw it and i sooo predicted that that was gonna happen. but damn last two presenters.. had same article as me. otherwise, i woulda been unique. but no. oh well. at least my article wasnt fully overkilled. hahaha
we managed to finish on time eventhough our tutor was late from the previous tute before us and we had a full class. pretty efficient but very pointless.
had to wait the full 10 minutes for a train today.. and it was a slow train. and ive realised that i actually cop a lot of criticism from val =( i mean yes, its better than lying to me but i dont know, she rubs it in so much [but i sort of think she doesnt mean to? but then i think she sort of does??]. and then she adopts this watever attitude about stuff that she SHOULD care about??? [her own problems and mine to an extent] like when i complain about something, shes always like 'watever la' or 'si dahn ah' when it really really matters to me =( .. aiya.. did that even make sense? O_o
and cr bag.. so lovely and wanted and EXPENSIVE!! (but only cause im broke otherwise i woudl SO be getting it)... ohhhhh whyd u have to tell me donna!!!! hahahahaha.
