weirdest thing happened today. it literally stopped my bank of desks in the middle of what they were doing.
im on the phone with a contractor who missed payroll. and i was like.. no sorry, you missed the deadline i can't pay you.
and he said to me. i'll pay you $50 can you push it through for me. you guys have done it before. and i repeated what he said so the others could hear and everyone was like...
WTF????????????
hahahahahhahaa i was so stumped for like a whole minute and then had to bs my way out...
anyhoo, the cake is coming along.
when you break things up, it seems manageable!

i wish some people would pull their weight around here. and when we ask them to do something, it gets done. on the day. not after 4 emails.
i wasn't a happy camper this morning. especially not after a 90 minute meeting with my cfo. one that wasn't even that important. in the middle of payroll. . . . . . . . ??
anyhow, i am really looking forward to the weekend at this rate.
and i am wondering if i have bitten off more than i can chew with DL's cake.

And for the first time ... I think I'm goingto have payroll finished in two days!!!! Albeit I am strting the day earlier and finishing later ... But how exciting!!! So pleased with myself

what a trek. wynyard to sydney madang is very very far!!! so i trained it.
and my team were like.. there's no way you'd make it back within an hour!!!
i did. with 6 minutes to spare.
they were very very impressed. *gave credit where credit was due*

then got stuck into more payroll. good run. left at about 6:20 and i am so glad to say that i felt on top of it and not so stressed!
netball tomorrow will be tough. cause this team is ranked the same as us. but we recruited some heavy weights. hehehe.
