voluntarily of course.

and was there so much to do or what. i never even realised because before all this, it was always work first. everything second.

now that there is no work. its everything else first.

the fish tank was cleaned. black algae is a downright pain in the bum.
the dogs were bathed. took a monstrous effort no thanks to nessie.
the garden was .. gardened. lol.
the dogs were walked.
the dogs were fed.
etc etc.

and my poor babies are getting their ears bitten off like no tomorrow by flies. and nothing seems to work. vaseline. troy. fly repellant. insect repellant. =( =( i feel their pain.

went for a stroll at coles this evening. bought quilton and more quilton. and lots of doggie mince. yummy.

when you're in your car, waiting in the queue to fill up your tank, there are several things you notice.

1. the stereotypes that drive CRVs, the ones that drive mercs and bmws and those that drive commodores.
2. the ones that are inconsiderate (in my hole, that would be the asians) because they make the next person wait ages whilst they take 15 minutes to pay for the petrol, spend time AFTER (not before like the skips - good on ya mates), to wipe down their windscreen or just take an extra 5 minutes to start the engine and put their seat belt on before they drive off.
3. those who grab dinner whilst getting petrol, namely a red bull and a sandwich.
4. and those they are smart are spend that extra $2 for the extra discount - people like me =)

yeah, i got my magnum. actually, i got two cause it was 2 for $6. lol.

and for some reason, obviously, i wasn't thinking clearly i handed over my mastercard. and it came back declined. all the whilst i was thinking it was my visa. and i was puzzled. but i had a ton of cash so i just paid cash.

the guy gave me back all this shiat... receipt, card, cash, change, magnums and this entry ticket to some draw. puzzled i was because he was so chatty. and i was only half listening...

then went to coles to buy red bull and dairy products for trip.

i feel full. mum made "crash milk". nice but didnt set so well.

so it got darker and darker as we got closer to home.

and then it poured.

and mum and i went to coles at the station cause it was closer/ less people.

and ur meant to validate your ticket when u exit the carpark BEFORE you make ur way to the gates.

and the stupid car in front of me did a donna.

sort of.

she couldnt find her ticket. and there were cars building up. im pretty sure there were three cars behind me so it meant she had four cars behind her.

i was pretty patient. like.. i didnt even beep her. but the car behind me did. so shes still trying to FIND her ticket - yes, thats right - she didn't even put it into the machine to say that she was overtime or watever - she just didnt even have her eggin ticket...

and so i think she gives up or something. and reverses her car

and i swear she was cms from hitting me only because i just literally had my hand on my horn the whole time and she stopped. and if it wasnt raining and i could have my windows down i wouldve been screaming like

'WTF R U DOING? DONT U LOOK BEHIND YOU???'

so all the cars had to reverse. i would have laughed if i weren't so irritated.

same goes for filling up petrol today. i finished filling up AND paying before the car infront of me had. so i had to wait until he was done. why are people so slow and unprepared?

its like people at ticket machines. HAVE YOUR EGGING CHANGE READY. PEOPLE HAVE TRAINS TO CATCH AND DON'T WANT TO MISS IT CAUSE U CAN'T FIND YOUR $1 COIN. LOSER.

i went to westfield. and basically only went to coles to get some stuff for my baking. and i was expecting it to be a quick, won't-bump-into-anyone trip.

how i was wrong.

people from work are literally everywhere. they come to haunt coles on their lunch breaks?!?!

well, first it was monica, who'd finished and was getting groceries. but like 10 seconds later, my MT walks through and we're all like hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm......

kind of funny... i guess.

godbrothers leaving for china and whereever else he's going. have to say i'm kind of glad he's going. its a break for me: no more babysitting. =D he's been a handful lately. in the bad way. too spoilt. no discipline. tantrummy.

scored another shift at the offsit tomorrow. i don't mind. keeps me away from places that i might spend money. although it does mean i wont get to go to the gym. =(

i got up at 6 am for stocktake. walked out in the bitter cold and semi darkness. stupid westfield hadn't opened their doors yet so i had to walk up the carpark to get to the lifts and go down that way. was barely awake while all this happened.
stocktaked until 12:30. clads called in sick (pfft plantation.. pfft said she wasnt going out after last nights stocktake.. pfft.. liar.. =P lol) so i had to check all by myself. and it was different cause it was mostly register people counting this morning. only had elena and matt from the floor with me. im just so important that i got to print off reports and tick (ie, check) their counting. lol. its so tedious and boring.
we did the worst parts today too.
opened a draw on the bottom of cards and wraps and it was filled with rat shit. no joke. i was so grossed out. had shivers down my spine for a while. ewww
registers and confec were also a bitch. especially when you have to scan like a million tic tac boxes and chupachups.
then we moved to stationery, books and confec at the back. which was a bit better but still bad. hahaha but stocktake it bad in general.
i came home and crashed.. was supposed to go straight to stephs but decided to wait for jan and chu. got a lift =)
took a nap. read a paper. freakin stressed more about 3121. stupid guy was like 'yeah sure i'll email it to you tonight'. I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN IT. and i desperately need it by tomorrow otherwise i wont have time to get it altogether. im getting really irritated about it cause i have tons to do this week as well.
stephs party was great fun. she had a cocktail machine.. yummy cosmos and mango cocktails. like slurpees through the freezing cold. we were sitting outside with this huge woodfire. so cosy.
me and steve decided to go for a coles run at ramsgate to grab some marshmallows and skewers and sparklers. so fun =D
and then martin and chu went for a maccas/kfc run. hahaha yummmmmmy
not that steph didnt feed us.. we just got there pretty late and decided to get more food. her cake was super cool. gelato cake. im gonna try make one one day... when i get the opportunity and the time and money of course.
