Jam packed with extra sugar loaded weekend. . .
THREE CAKES: 2 Custom and One of those deliciously sinful Caramel and Chocolate Ombre Cakes. It made for a very busy Friday night, Saturday afternoon and Saturday after-hours.
Then add, apple picking @ Bilpin + helping Jan pack + cake deliveries = let me sleep in one morning... please?!
Early bedtime for me today...
Anyways, apple picking was awesome. We got there early enough this year to have our pick of Fuji, Jonathons, Delicious, Golden Delicious, Plums, Pears and Raspberries. Plus cider and juice! Then we went for viet in Cabramatta. It was a pretty long drive and morning and afternoon.
I was so tired by the time we made it home, I had to take a 30 minute powernap. They really do do wonders.
Then more cake decorating and going over to Ms Jan's plan to help for pack for London. It didn't really matter what my opinion was though... she just kept on going. Lol. She will run out of space so fast...
Sunday morning was all about deliveries to the inner west - the city side. Oh how I want to own a place there sometimes...
I also ate Oporto's out of hunger for the first time in probably a year. It tasted pretty shit. Should have gone maccas or kfc instead if i was going to go down the junk food route... oh wells. Must run tomorrow.
