(Glee Cast - To Sir With Love)

i think it's important to treat all of your clients - active or not - with the same amount of respect. and i think the with the portfolio that i'm managing at the moment, they've been neglected and put on the backburner a little. its hard to fix and build relationships when you've got everyone against them. but i try to be fair. and i know they can see it.

at the end of the day, we're not doing ourselves any favours by treating them poorly and without the respect that they deserve. how will they ever come back at this rate?

to everyone at the company now, it's all about the money in the present, but what about the future value? it's not like they're not bringing in money for us. i have written millions in extensions. does that count for nothing?

yes, i don't disagree they can be difficult. but it doesn't mean you can tell them to shove it. and for too long, i think a lot of ppl have done so. hardly making a good reputation for ourselves which is really a shame.

anyhoo, what a beautiful day it was outside - not that i got to enjoy it much. walking across the road to get a coke zero doesn't really count.

i was walking home today - and the silly boy across the road kept yelling (at some guy across the street but he kept looking at me) - so i stopped. and i glared at him. how disrespectful! as if yell at someone across the street. walk up and talk to them u brat! stop disturbing the peace and others!!! i wanted to sic scout and nessie on him!!!

wednesday went by so slow.
yet thursday came and went.

and before i know it, its friday again. a not so eventful (it was going to be.. but its been postponed!) friday.

good times.
