officially one of the worst (if not the worst) thursday nights ever. thank goodness it was relatively quiet.
and all (basically) cause the worst managers were on.
so an outline:
one of the girls call in sick. so i had to be in 3 departments at the same time. with about a million phone and register calls. like okay, i can handle that if u'd leave me alone.
then all of softgoods keep getting called to reception (we were called in about 5 times tonight) tats over once an hour.
all of us were threatened with being counselled if we were caught talking (fucking hypocrits)
then the real drama starts.
a comment is made and accusations fly
manager swears at a staff member [and they want to counsel US?!]
and everyones night is ruined from then onwards..
i feel s0 sad atm =(
