fuchsia fragments

taking my time.. im like half trying on clothes as i pack. hahaha anyhow, im travelling pretty light i think. with the thought of 'if i forget anything, then i will simply buy it there'. hahaha
anyhow, it still hasnt sunken in. it still feels like a 'today was the last day of exams and we went shopping afterwards' not a 'tomorrow im going overseas' feeling. if that makes sense
hotpot was haha well, lets just say, i can't believe some people could eat so MUCH n still be like.. u know, i can do with another plate of lamb. talk about bottomless stomachs. machines!!

to celebrate the end of exams, rach and i headed to parramatta for a shopping expedition. =) i found westfield parramatta kind of cluttered and not so well organised although it was well, huge, in a word. basically, i prefer the likes of bondi. i dont know, mayb cause it was too far west for me.
anyhow, so we spent a few aimless hours walking up and down and up and down the place. had coffee at delifrance and drove through peak hour traffic which wasn't so bad back. and here i am with 90 mins to spare until we go hotpotting. oh fun. its funny cause now im 'waiting' to go out again. sort of and no, im not packing.. yet. just can't.

i sort of skimmed through some of my old posts. and looking back, ive sort of 'come a long way' or changed quite a bit. obviously all gradual but noticeable nonetheless.

i got more parcels in the post today =D
love receiving things by mail. even if they're expected.
and thats it, no more ebaying for me.. at least not for a while
i finally got a hoodie i wanted although its not a fleecy one. but its ralph and its pink =D

went to our lil ari's place for hot pot. and his mum was telling us how he went to childcare today. and this lil girl (emily, i believe) was like really excited to see him so she ran up to ari and was lil 'ari!!!' really happily. and my godbrother prompty slapped her on the face. poor lil girl.. and she didn't cry. she just had her hands covering her face. he's got a bit of a temper this godbrother mine. but we still love him. he was really happy today which has been a positive change cause poor lil fella's been sick for the past few days. and then he pooped and became a walking stinkbomb. lol
i woke up today with heaps of pain in my neck and back. so i took it as an excuse to not to go the gym (which i will beat myself up about) and lounging in my jammies all day.
looks like we might be flying out sooner than expected.

we have a crystal clear aquarium again! all thanks to yours truly
i spent all of this afternoon cleaning the fisk tank.. the colour of the water was literally grey-green on the bottom. but all that elbow greasing has paid off. =) currently, its just a planted aquarium with one poor unfortunate soul. hahaha there's a dwarf gourami in it cause its not wanted anywhere else. plan to add a couple more smaller plants and lots and lots of colour fish and it'll be perfect.
in saying so, my opinion of one aquarium/fish shop has gone completely down whilst another one has come right up. and its close to home too. im pretty impressed at the range they have in a smaller store.. on forest road =) so yes, i'm staying local.. really local for my aquatic needs.. except i do also like the aquarium in kogarah for a wider range of fish.
anyhow, my head hurts now.

studying is boring
cause i'd rather be ebay whoring??
