these jampacked days are so time consuming (lol?) but great!

then me and donna hit 2 and a half op shops in a row with a maccas break.

summer hill. have to drive around like 4 times until we found the place cause it was so easy to miss. and it just happens there was a accident and there were lots of police cars. and donna was like.. haha theyre prolly looking at u driving around the same streets suspiciously or something. -_- it's not like i wanted to!! haha

then reverse garbage. and lol, that place really does sell garbage!!! so random! at least she got a couple of old records. i don't even have that kind of record player anymore. those massive discs ones.

then we were to tempe tip. that was good today. homewares wise. clothes i always thought was so-so. like.. hard to find good things. got my goblets for my party. and there was a bit of a random uhm.. altercation at the registers. nothing to do with us. but well.. random..

then dropped donna off in the city. went to get mum. and went to spotlight to be massively disappointed by the unorganised, unpriced and generally useless staff there. and i thought target was bad? nah.. we're champs compared to them. fail. won't be going back.

then we hit liquorland when we got home to get some booze. they didn't have melon. so i'll see if they have it at surry hills. if not, i'll just have to go to dan murphys.

and it rained. seems to be the way these days.

i went to the salvos store this morning before uni. picked up a couple more platters for my party. and a pretty black and pink lace clutch for $5.

the store is good for homewares and other goods but for clothes and softgoods which is a bit disappointing. but that reminds me that we have yet to check out the one in summer hill. maybe that'll be for clothes and salvos store can be for other goods.

went to see tutor during consult about our assignment. she gave us a v unconvincing explanation. but she's the marker. we're the student. what can u do? it was funny when valerie came charging in to grab her tute stuff. she was like

i feel like we got to discuss a lot today. made some progress. made some new plans. updated some existing ones.

i need to accept that there are many things out of my conrol. and just.. let it be. its just that control is part of my type a behaviour-ness.

tempe tip was disappointing. pretty much it. i got a platter. and a cake holder. fairytale style. no clothes. no bags. no books. no accessories.. they didn't even have that much. so i dunno what all the hype is about. O_O

looking forward to summer hill.

also went on a half day long shopping expedition to look for a certain d.li's birthday presents. epic fail. *sigh*

so i bought baking ingredients instead.

oh and i got some photos developed. yeah. tat was my day.

and its mummys birthday as well of course.

Both are awesome ~ so i've been told. Colleague at work told me TT is probably better cause its sorter. The latter is more dirty, dusty, hard work, not guaranteed you'll find something. But still worth checking out.
