Psychologists call it classical conditioning when one associates a noise or a smell with a certain type of reaction or behavior from an individual. And whilst not completely in sync here, I will forever remember Liane as a fighter and inspiration to those who have battled cancer their whole life, just like the fighter in Katy Perry's Roar.
I'll miss the days we relaxed at your house with Mocha and Coco at our feet. I'll miss our little baking adventures and drives to Port Douglas and the beach!!! I'll miss your witty jokes and sense of humor and most of all I will miss your friendship.
I only wish we were able to spend more time together. I'm so glad I got to catch up with you this year and know that you'll be looking down at us from afar.
