I could literally take 3 hours for lunch and nothing would have changed. It's a lovely change in the office. Nothing too stressful, lots of time for reflection.

And I finally made it to the beach this summer - and hopefully will be going again soon! Soo nice to lay on the sand, read a book and watch the planes land and take off. Not so much getting a little sunburnt. Ouchy, especially now that it has started to peel.

The shops and sales don't entice me so much. Guess it means I have everything that I need?
