Seeing it just adds to the frustration

How can you prep someone for surgery at 9 am in the morning - no food and no water since midnight the night before and then at 5:30 the following evening say that they can't perform the procedure today !???????

I don't blame my g'ma for throwing a tantrum either!!!!!!!
