i think all of us were a mob of walking zombies today. half the things people said to me didn't really register in my head until like 2 minutes later. lols.

our store technically closed at 5:30 but most of us were rostered on till 6. - something that we learnt from previous years. no matter how many times u tell customers that the store is closed, announcements and PAs - somepoeple just refuse to leave. its shocking. i think we got the last of our customers out by 10 to 6. like... egging go home u losers.
