woke up early and opted for the first time in a couple of weeks not to bury my head under the pillows for an extra hour or two and hit the gym. felt good cept i was wearing new trainers and the sole and lining was really hard so gave me blisters. ouch.
home and showered and was off on my way. decided to check out the petrol prices.. turned out to be pretty cheap so i filled up anyway. didnt have to wait either which was really good. then went to westfield with the intent to cut my hair - which i did. got it layered a bit more and trimmed. this time, i just went to justcuts cause i have still yet to find a hairdresser thats really good and stands out for me. but the lady here was okay. not that bad. and it was way cheaper than my last hair appointment.
walked into a chemist to check out the ear piercing.. and then chickened out. i am still mixed about getting a second hole so i will put it off for the moment.
dropped by myer and saw that they had a blender (the one i want!) on sale. made a mental note to tell mum about it. in case u didnt know, i was doing the washing last night and i hit the jug again the granite surface and it kind of cracked.. oh wells. im half blaming myself and half saying that i did it on purpose (cause i never really liked our blender =D)
went to grab a boost as lunch on the go before i had to go to work. chatted for a bit with jan and a couple of the part timers. met a new girl. got stuck into building strollers. fun. i love building strollers.
anyone, i put this one stroller on display - its called the discovery - and 10 minutes later muriell brings out an old display of the discovery. and i was like no!! mureill u cant do this to me!! we have no space. lol. told marwah and she was like.. no way.. and im like *nod nod* yep......
anyhow, so go do my closing and marwah calls me to the service desk. and she was like 'bring that stroller with you' and im like. okley dokley. and there was this customer who was bringing back the old discovery cause it had a faulty wheel. and i looked at marwah and shook my head. WHAT A COINCIDENCE. cause if they had been a day earlier or a day later, there was absolutely no way they could get a replacement cause we wouldnt have had that particular discovery at that particular time. so yeah tat was kind of f.r.e.a.k.y
anyhow, there was a new girl in my department today. shes kind of crap so far. she'll be in again tomorrow so i will see cause she'll be with me. and some other ppl were doing induction tonight. avrils back which is good. :) and it felt like the refit again cause there were ppl staying until midnight and workers who were tiling the floor or something..
anyhow, left at 6:30 and had to rush home and change and go to grandmas for dinner cause sarahs leaving tomorrow... forever. =( shes gonna go england and then prolly hong kong and its likely that she'll stay there cause her fiancee is there and yea.. so had to say goodbye to her.
and now im here. and need to print off my lecture notes.
