woke up to the buzzing of my alarm.. took me a while to figure out it was the alarm and then even longer to turn it off. why? cause it was still dark dark dark at 8 in the morning.. and COLD! it felt more like 6 in the morning but i dragged my ass up for one freakin lecture (it was worth it). braved the rain and the cold and hahaha (stupidly) wore thongs.. simply cause i hadnt in a long time. hahahahaha fun fun.
lecture was good as i said.. always fun to hear a real barrister talk about real cases. haha and hes really good at telling stories which made it better. then hung with anna after as usuall.. felt bloated then.. and cold and tummy ache =( but still good good good.
then headed homewards.. bus was there waiting. which was good.. cept the driver could NOT for the life of him drive.. and since i was standing, the impact of sudden breaking along with wet surface made it even worse. like everybody was almost thrown forward. passed a car accident on the way.. not too surprised cause of the weather. train ride was crappy too. from allawah to hursty, it took 10 minutes. 10 freakin minutes and we didnt even stop at allawah!!! argh!! something bout trackwork issues. so yeah.. that was.. rather boring. lots of suddent jolts and stops as well.. cause of the tracks safety mechanisms the train driver says. and i remember his voice, hes the one whos really enthusiastic about announcing the next station and stuff.. n he kept talking when the train was stopping saying tat there were trackwork issues etc etc.
so got back to hurstville, went throught he arcade and stopped at the clothes and shoe shops on the way. the clothes shops.. i was actually quite surprised to note that it wasnt at all cheap, for rather cheapish looking articles of clothing. so that was a no, not buying anything from u, ever if i can help it. the shoe shop on the other hand, surprisingly cheaper (funny that i thought it would've been the other way around).. would consider going back there. headed into westfield.. bought pair of blank pants from tightrope for 10 bucks. down from 30 and theyre okay.. much better than esq.. tat shop reeks cheapness too. and yes, i did go in there. so for cheap clothing, tightrope not too bad. then went to myer as a must.. and cause anna was saying that she got in the mail the stocktake invite.. and i was like.. i didnt get one!! (i did, i checked my email as soon as i got home =D) so someone might head to hurstville tomorrow night.. time permitting. i am not going to roselands! =P well, either better shoes. or better clothes.. hmm. ah yes, and the esprit collection had 30% off. but nah.. the trench was affordable but the colour, that shade of brown just isnt me.. plus i want to have a huge shopping spree after finals.
walked home in the cold and rain.. and jeans got wetteded.. oh yeah, at uni, there was this girl whos jeans were litreally soaked... i would hate to be her for the rest of the day.. sticky, clammy feeling *shudder*. and i hear thunderclouds rolling in.
