im kind of surprised im still so awake at this time because of such a full on day. However, i am wide awake but seriously do not feel like doing any work. so i probably won't. it gives me an excuse not to go to uni monday. not that i would since ilectures are available.

work was alrite. it was pretty quiet. although i had a customer throw a tantrum at me because there was "winter" stock on the "summer" clearance trolley. i tried to explain to her that we can't control what other customers do and she went nuts. it's not like i put it there on purpose to trick you. stupid.

and the ni had to rush home and get changed and be at uts by 7. i made it with about 4 minutes to spare and a huge crushing to the foundation stones of my level of dumbness (the donna scale). *sigh*. but i climbed my way up through dinner. hahahaha which was across the road in this handmade noodle shop. the dumplings were good. =D

then, we actually decided to go say hi to my target crew. and valerie had a bier and a shot of schnapps. sour apple. yummy. and msged donna and told her she was missin out. =D =D i'm good and i only had a sip of beer. we stayed for like 30 minutes, had a bit of a chat and then dropped cherry home and also so that val could borrow her toilet. lolol. she was really busting.

home. and the capped bandwidth is finally slowing down... sucks.

work was heavy lifting. seriously, NOT an office job today.

mum and i had a good coles blitz this morning cause we were a bit early for work. got all this food for nessie and scout. hahaha. oh yum, dry food...

anyhow, today was my first day at the new shop. place is new pretty much, two storey, still being renovated and smells like paint. (yes, i tried to get high at work).

and since we're in the transition period. or moving period. i was helping mum unpack and set up the workshop today. which meant heavy lifting.

i miss the things i take for granted at tarjay.
like our apparel trolleys.
and cages
and things on wheels basically.

cause i had to use a granny trolley (the ones that u take to the market) to move BIG storage boxes that weighed like a ton. i was like.. wtf. this is some weird joke. and time seemed to go by so slowly.

and like there wasn't even toilet paper in the new toilets yet. and there was no fridge, no microwave and no kettle. *Sigh*. but i'm sure it'll be good in a couple of weeks when we're officially there.

i had dinner with valerie and carl tonight at excelsior (the restaurant where val's brother works). it was really good to catch up. heard a lot of funny stories about carl's trip to japan. it was massive LOL LOL.

:: and they didn't do anything in osaka. they went to the zoo O_O

so all up, he said they spent around $2500AUD. which is pretty on parr with wat i budgeted. =D =D proud of myself. and they went very economical. like, sneaking people in and not going into places that costed money economical. so we'll see how it turns out. i also invited him to come along. i'm not sure if he wants to go yet.

the m5 run went from 20 minutes to almost close to 2 hours.

why?

because some egging truckie was so egging smart that he went through the ED tunnel eventho his truck height was OVER the clearance. and burst a pipe. so the tunnel had to be closed.

so got to work like 45 minutes late. LOL. and it was packing for the new shop. and i inhaled so much dust. good thing im not asthmatic.

this arvo, went by to visit family frend on hospital. HDU and that means its not good news. im not cynical or anything, but 2009 is looking to be a dark year... it's just another part of life i guess.

conserving my bandwidth to make sure it lasts another 7 days. how could we have gotten to 95% so soon?!?!

means i have to put all the stuff im chasing after on hold. ie, tvb episodes -_-

this evening however, was good.

we watched the boys play soccer at peaky. and on the way, just at the front of the entrance, there was a pedestrian car accident and it was blocked off. so we had to drive around to the other side to get through.

their grandfinal. and it was a shame that they lost. and they were so disappointed.

so we went to have dinner after in bevo. we talked about work a lot. and what happened today.

time to study. things are beginning to build up.

started with work. but it was fine. cause i had the office all to myself!! and i was free to work at my own pace. and i powered through the barcoding. its so egging easy compared to target. in a different way.

and then had dinner with my target friendlies. 3rd rock cafe in bevo. really good to catch up with people.

and cracked funny jokes.
and made in appropriate comments.

and yea. good times. =)

and it was really funny when we went to our cars. we were like at a cross road literally. and stnanding there and going.. aww good bye...
