i haven't had so much fun on a saturday night in ages. and considering the "reason" we were going wasn't so important in hindsight, we had a blast.

it was supposedly for a tarjay birthday. but we are so divided now that it hardly matters. we stuck to ourselves and were conscious that the others were there but that's about as far as it went.

good music. expensive drinks. crowded dancefloor. what more can you ask for...?

although there was a point at the beginning of the night when i thought i'd die. janice insisted on driving despite my and mao's advice not to... and according to gools, i was supposed to

omgomgomgomgomg. can't believe i made it out alive. no joke, i was shaking when we met up with the guys again. LOL!

had pizza and giovannis. not as good as chicanes.

i wanted to drink more. only had 3 shots and 3 drinks but so sober. and sober = cold but surprisingly, janice wouldn't let me have anymore =( =( =(

huddled outside for a bit. waited for the other guys to get back from mr beads. got home 2-ish. and was literally falling asleep in the car.

happy times~

and i brought up the end of year roadtrip. so far so good.

baking sunday. choc-chip cookies and honey raisin oat.

yum.

two awesome days to lead me into the weekend for which i am so happy and grateful for.

thursday night dinner with donna and her crazy cousin anita. we talked busines (i.e., HV) and we had heaps of fun, lots and lots of laughter and heaps of meat.

had the funniest time walking from the rocks to martin place. good times good times.

came home and made toffee for childhood memories morning tea. yummmy i think i probs had them on the burner 10 seconds too long but they turned out awesome. jawbreakingly so. =D

today was good day too. fantastic in fact. took my time with work.

had our very unhealthy morning tea. sugar sugar sugar overload. and i wasn't eating that much and feeling sick. can't imagine those who went for everthing.. must've been crippled over their desks. LOL!

jelly, jaffas, clinkers, muffins, cupcakes, toffees, devon sandwiches, little boys, creaming soda, spiders, vovos, waffas, scalliwogs, chocolate crackles, chesse and cabon balls, crackers, twisties, popcorn.. it went on forever and forever!

spent a shitload on designer at lunch~ ka-ching!

and left work on the dot for drinks at pizza and chicane!!! AWESOME!! cause it was company paid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so much fun. my TL was trashed O_O

came home just in time to watch my babies pummel parra 30-0. so much to brag about on monday!

friday morning, family went to crown dragon for some really good yum cha. where my sister ate so much that she felt that she wasn't full. say what?

and about halfway through lunch, morris iemma walks in and sits down at one of the tables. meh, i wasn't too fussed. but then 15 minutes later, these guys in casual suits walk in and one of them is wayne bennett. =D awesome much. considering they were only a couple of tables down.

hated the fob table next to us who kept pointing. like seriously, have you no manners. let the people dine in peace already.

yummy food included spring rolls, egg tarts, siu mai, calamari, tofu fa, etc etc.

then is was doomsday. dentist appointment.

2 needles, 100 minutes and one wisdom tooth removal later, it was pain and numb and numb. and then came the pain later in the night.

cause i could still go shopping with mum beforehand and bought a classy trenchcoat.

but oh the pain during the night. its all swollen now. and can't eat jack. white and plain congee for me for the next week.

baby jokes all day again.

fire drill at parra office (LOL! considering i havent had one at george st yet) so team and i went swiftly to grab a coffee at some cafe.

finally got to put faces to names. this is pretty important considering you talk to these people on a daily basis.

some very surprising turn outs. hehehehe.

my mum says im fat. so i will be starving myself come wisdom tooth friday.

depressed about it. =(

.. but i so deserved (some) of it.

the weather didn't hold out. it was a gloomy and cold day all around. but that didn't deter us!

funniest and easy-going day.

team leader wasn't in the office till 11. so i did a wholllllllllllllllllllle lot of work. ;)

and then it was hurricanes.

"i have a lunch meeting now with hurricanes"

"hurricanes? they are a client of ours? isn't that a restaurant in DH?"

hahaha.

and in the car, our RMs like telling us a story of how his 7 year old had show and tell and it was about where do your parents work. and his son said (because this is what daddy always told him)

"daddy works in the city because all the girls are pretty"

LOL!

hurricanes. yummy yummy hurricanes.

half rack of lamb. finished.. most of it. with two bottles of beautiful white wine. plus garlic prawns for starters and garlic bread. oh and THEN we fit in dessert =D =D =D

didn't know they did beef ribs. have to go back and try it one day.

anyhow, so the waitress is like. would any of you like the dessert menu?

and before this my team leader is like

"hm.. hey RM, go check how much we have on the bill so far"

and we had like 40 bucks left. (thanks to the very expensive wine we got)

and shes like.. hmm...

can u call chris and see wat he can do about it?

and so our RM calls chris and he's like

"hey mate. we're at about $460 at the moment.. is it ok to put dessert on the corporate card too?"

LOL!!! what a CLEVER tactic! we were impressed.

and our senior managers like

"were you counting all the dishes and making sure you guys don't go over ur limit?"

HAHAHAHA. so we had dessert. stick date pudding!! YUM YUM YUM!

anyway, got back to the office. and we all have like voicemails (as expected).

and we were all like.. urgh, so full. *but everyone continues to steal lollies out of the lolly jar*

and then cause we're going to parra tomorrow, TL's like, wynnie we're going to need to get you a booster seat!

cause my colleague does like everything for me..
1. cause im the youngest
2. apparently i act like a princess *halo*
3. when we leave at 5, my colleague always opens the door and presses the lift
4. i get everything i want
5. i get babied
etc etc etc

so yeah, it was fun.

oh and i full like almost broke my colelagues umbrella. LOL!!! it was soooo funny we were cracking up all the way back.
