sister is trying to borrow my belongings yet AGAIN. so after some continued arguing, i said she could if it was put back on my dresser... TONIGHT. so i can use it tomorrow morning.

mum intervenes:

M: "why don't you get your own?"
W: "why buy another one when there is already one in the house?"
M: "well, why did i bother having a second daughter when i already have one?"

oroton 60% off was tempting. but had no desire for it.

portmans further 50% off was GREAT!!! but most of the sizes were 6 or 16 . .

puma had no sale.

so all my reasons for going were pretty average... but i guess it was cause i didnt know what i wanted. and i didnt really have a great feeling about this being an awesome dfo outing.

i dunnos. it was just... plain, basic, boring dfo. no magic.

My first company event last night

no one did my work when i was away.

took me all day yesterday to catch up...

feel like im behind in payroll (but im not really...)

10 hours at my desk. looks like another long one tomozza

feels a little strange to be home on a wednesday. i feel like my routine has been disrupted. went to the gym later - so all the people were unfamiliar... like i was walking into a completely different gym altogether.

then i didnt have my usual breakfast of one boiled egg. i had raisin toast instead and tea.

probs be drinking like 10 cups of tea to make up for my usual coffee too. bwahaha

just calorie counted easter eggs. the results are shocking.

i have so many things i want to do post exam. . . :-)

clean the fish tank is on the top!

and possibly going to DFO.

and if my rents go on a holiday in june, i want to have a boardgame and pizza sleepover (make ur own pizze of course, not order) with pancakes and waffles for a breakfast hangover. =D

also really excited about the netball game on sunday.

not so much going back to work on monday. my emails have been forwarded to someone else (not someone i trust and who will prob not even bother doing most of my stuff) so i wont even know what has happened... (i dont entirely agree with email forwarding. i think the GE way of delegating is much more useful because there is an email trail of what ppl have looked at and done for you... and it all stays in your inbox to file).

i will be really stressed on monday because it is also payroll week. i am putting money on the fact that a number of timesheets will be lost because of this email forwarding.

but that's something to think about later.

need to concentrate now.

2 days at work, 2 days at home, 1 morning at the races and hopefully a bottle of vodka when i get home.

i'm not sure if anyone has caught on but quite a few of my team are extremely irritated at one said male (and the 'only' male) in our team. myself especially. . .

i've said it before and i'll say it again - but everything, EVERYTHING - comes back to me.

and others are beginning to notice and i'm about to crack. because its unfair, and it really peeves me off and it slows down my day.

i feel like my job is hampered because he isn't doing his.

hence, there are days (pretty much half of every payroll week) that i really dread going to work. because i know my effort to get everything done in 2 days always drags over to 3 or 4 because of something that is beyond my control.

and when he holds on to stuff that should be given to me straight away - that is another thing that really annoys me (and also the fact that people always go to him with stuff like this...). because for two months in a row now, we have copped late penalties because the lazy prick had the bills sitting on his desk / in his inbox. not to mention all the bills he has double paid and entered wrongly. its so time consuming to fix and to undo. and why should i have to be the one to undo it when its YOUR mistake???

plus we can never find the files/ folders we are after anywhere near his desk. no idea where things are saved on the shared drive either.

that my rant for the day.

i think i need a weekend away. anyone interested?
