For a moment, I thought this would be a less challenging and hectic year that the last. I have quite safety and confidently ruled that out.
One third of the year has gone by and what have I got to show for it?
Que, Sera, Sera says my boss (made me want to cry)...
When it rains, it pours.
Admittedly, I have had one of the longest weeks of the year with prep for my sister's 21st, chaperoning, baking, cooking, decorating, getting bruised, etc. It was a great party, great food, excellent costumes and I can't thank Donna, Justin & Carmen enough for helping. We couldn't have done it without you for a second!
Attended my first strata meeting last night. Walked to the unit which wasn't very far at all about 35 minutes. It went on for over 2 hours - evidently, there was a lot to discuss. And started with a bang - why not make Unit 6 the hot topic of conversation. I am glad that I went and even better to meet the other owners and to get the gist of what's been going on. I'm not overly impressed by some of the issues that were raised - and seems that I've been kept in the dark on a few issues. Well, that's about to change.
Was pretty agitated at work today - a combination of work piling up, being pulled in all directions, being handed everything to do and thinking about my rogue tenants. Can't seem to work when people want to interrupt you every 2 minutes. Not very cool.
And to my tenants:
You cannot threaten my neighbour with an AVO ... especially when you were in the wrong!!!
Anyway, I need a good sleep, I need a break and some R&R.
Maybe I haven't quite earned yet...
