legs are soooo sore from netball. played centre for the first time since primary school. O_O wasn't toooooo bad. just ran my legs off
had just the one at the argyle tonight. barely settled in and someone's leaving already!! =(

spanish tonight. not as good as subsolo and a lot noisier. . . paella wasn't as nice and the meat didn't come on those gigantic skewer rod things so it was less impressive!!!

got through a fair bit today. reconciled this account... and found these mistakes from previous months. go me!!! but thats another headache for monday . . .
also. . . had a company meeting today. and lol - they have beers, wine and food whilst talking about some pretty serious stuff. good atmosphere / vibe i guess - encourages feedback. and they start early . . . like at 4:15! that's the life i guess. a lot of them continue afterwards too... like they change at work and everything.
me. i went home. good girl this week.
had a coffee with joyce this evening at the recently renovated D 2 D ' s.
i think i liked it more before . . . the place seems to echo a lot more now. and its lost a bit of the original cosiness.
also heard from dear Bobert all day long today - clearly, CF have not been keeping him busy. all this time to write me 10+ emails!!!
looking forward to a RnR weekend.

first thing in the morning: all department meeting. talk about full on! luckily, it was quite short.
then it was induction. going through all the stuff. training. learning the ropes.
at least my computer is awesome! its massive! :-) :-) the phones here are a lot cooler too. hehehe. fun fun fun.
hope to get more stuff to do reallllly soon and pick up things quickly. its better when ur busy and time goes by quicker!

the 2011 year has started quite melancholy for many people around me and my family.
I know its a part of life that people are born and others pass away, but it gets really emotional when its someone close to you or someone you know, etc.
i guess we can only hope. and that our thoughts are always with them.

so after visiting grandma in hospital and when she promptly told us to leave, headed to the city to f-i-n-a-l-l-y meet my favourite people at Boral. :-)
and o m g. Bob is so mean. he stole my bag!!! he wasn't even 100% sure it was me and he stole it anyway!! and Greg's like what if it wasn't her Bob? and Bob, flippant as ever said
!!!!! what a way to meet face-to-face!! hahaha. so i was really mean to him for the rest of lunch. :-) I think Greg and Donna thought it was really funny. hehehe
we went to jordans . . .
lovely seafood platter - it literally had every common seafood on it. (it was so ginormous i couldn't see bob over all the food after i nicely requested that he switched seats with Greg. . . told u i was mean to him). and really nice, crisp semillon. for old people, they're such lovely company. so funny. i felt sorry for the waited at one stage. *sigh* Bob's really fully on - needs to be kept on a short leash. and apparently, he was on his best behaviour (yeah right!). hilarious.
Bob also doesn't eat vegetables or fruit and Greg asked for a fruit and cheese platter at the end to which Bob kept making faces. lol. "the texture isn't right". pfft.
had a really good time. i'm really really going to miss them now :-( i was so sad when we parted . . . *sniffle*
and then. . . . . . .
i went to supposedly do some hardcore shopping. but i really wasn't in the mood. i checked out qvb, the new westfield and myer pretty aimlessly . . . like i was just walking anywhere to kill time.
i ended up getting a cleanser and l'occitane and a maxi dress, summer dress and jacket/blazer from bardot.
by that time, i was super feet tired and so i went to s u b s o l o for dinner.
nice place - great food too. would definetely go back. yum yum yum. went with justin and his friend. we ordered this pork thing off the menu . . . not really knowing what it was and felt "daring" so when it came . .. and it looked funny . . . we googled it. MISTAKE!!!!!! it was blood!!!! but . . . we trudged on and still ate it. . . . and it was actually ok!
then we had peri peri chicken and paella. sooooo good. :-)
and then . . . . . . . .
we went to the guylian cafe by circular quay for dessert. O M G O M G O M G.
i do not know what possessed us. we got a praline liquer shake EACH and 2 desserts to share.

has been - as i wanted - eventful everyday in some way
saturday - PERFECT BEACH WEATHER. so me and sis went for a drive down to our favourist beach in COALCLIFF - and on the way back (and we were supposed to be back by 6 cause relos were coming over) - took the wrong turn and ended up in PICTON. bwahahaha . . . but it was such a nice scenic drive. :-)
sunday - lounged a bit. cried bored for the first half of the day. then decided to go watch Little Fockers. H-I-L-A-R-I-O-U-S-!-!-! good for some laughs.
monday - ROAD TRIP!!!! Hunter & The Entrance. And for the first time, i wasn't driving. whooooohooooo!!! it was fun. even with the little bits of wet weather. one of juzzy's friends are like terried - like, seriously mortified - by birds. and we went to watch the pelikan feeding and he was like frozen with fear. it was sooooo funny!!! =D
tuesday - outlet shopping @ DFO!!!!!! some good stuff, mostly not what i was looking for. but the discounts were rad. wish i could've spent more.
