had the fattest on top of fattest days to end the week. i want to strangle someone.
we had dinner at bevo last night cause cousin was back from hk for a few weeks. so got shouted dinner. lobster. fish. the usual chinese restaurant foods.
and justins like HEY! lets got to D2D's for dessert after.. as if i wasn't already full enough from dinner.
dinner was quite the let down. food took forever. we started at 6:30 and didnt get out until like 9:15. it was like literally 1 course per hour for the first two hours and then all of a sudden, they come in droves. and food wasn't that good.
so we went to D2Ds.
and him and monkey got iced chocolates rated 20 out of 10 and i settled for peppermint tea. to cut back the calroies as you do. plus, i wasnt about to drink that fat stuff at 10 pm.
and and and
we got the chocolate deliquesce which is sort of like a souffle but not. its a warmed chocolate cake ooooooozing with melted chooclate inside with a side of gelato
AND
the original mars bar and nutella cheesecake with whipped cream and gelato.
so yes, i couldn't breathe after that. i felt like i took years off my life. and today, i swear my clothes feel tighter =(

i felt like all day at work, we were all just eat eat eating.
and lol, this morning, our printer automatically prints out the contracts we're supposed to send to our clients. and well, me and my colleague activated like a hundred million yesterday so the printer spat them all out this morning. no joke, the stack of paperwork on my desk was like 40cm high. and i have to go through them all, staple and sign them and then send it to our client.
and no, i'm not finished yet o_O and yes, we jammed the printer.
anyhow, so we had a late lunch today cause one of my colleagues had booked a hotel room at the rocks so we were on the rooftop eating our lunch in the sun. hot hot but what an AWESOME view of the harbour. and lol at how we could see our office.
so for lunch, i had this really nice chicken vegie sandwich, and it just happens theres two sandwich shops opposite one another in this little arcade. and mine is standard sized. and my colleague went to the other shop and for around the same price, she got this ginormous (like at least twice the size of my sandwich) chicken schnitzel sandwich. and we were like LOL!!!!
but it felt like we were on holidays during our lunch. felt like a different place. sooo good. and we walked back and went to maccas to get a sundae. hahaha. and get back to the office and everyone was like.. ohhh.. sundae. i want one!
so my TL does a maccas run for everyone on our floor. she ended up carrying like a tray of drinks/sundaes plus two massive bags of chips and burgers. HAHAHAHAHA. i swear, ppl at my office do NOT stop eating.
awesomeness. it makes up for other things lacking.
and we were such kids today we started throwing stress balls at each other. and it became quite heated. =D =D and then someone was like.. imagine us at skirmish. and we were like.. OHH!! (hopes that will happen sometime in the future..)
the only downside today? new shoes = gigantic blisters. =(

oh and the fire alarms went off again (apparently. no one on our floor heard them though) and the fire brigade were called. and we were all preparing to walk down 11 flights of stairs. but it didnt happen. what was eery was that we were talking about it today and how i hadn't done the evacuation before. and stop complaining about my ex-car. i am more than happy to take her back. she was my baby and obviously you are not treating her right. cause i never had any issues with her when i was driving her. now, not even a month in and your telling me she has all these problems? did they come out of thin air? AND DONT EVER SAY THAT IM JUST UNOBSERVANT. YOU ARE THE LAST PERSON WHO HAS THAT RIGHT. why are you even telling me? i don't appreciate you accusing me of selling you a lemon. because i know that i didn't. and we sold it to you way undervalued. so stop complaining about all the "dents" in the car - i didn't even do them. and saying that its a shit ride. go buy a new car if you're so unhappy.
and it is highly inappropriate to be asking one of your bfs best friends how many chicks he slept with whilst away. and the comment that he should "spread his seed" is filthy and disgusting. srly.
and why do we always have to catch the slow and very infrequent trains to bevo? it is so much more convenient and quicker to get to hursty...
on another note, i thoroughly enjoyed Alice even more so because it was with D and V.. can't say we missed you C ;).
and i have to say, mizuya, you are quite the let down on saturdays. your service is shit, your booking desk people are quite the rude ones (i asked what room a booking under andrew for about 20 people would be in and was told
our food and drink orders were so slow we managed to leech an extra hour of k-time. despite them repeatedly telling us to get out. well, we're not leaving until we get all our drinks that we ordered AND paid for! so i think, in the end, we ended up getting quite a few drinks during all the confusion.. like about 3 different people came in asking us what was missing, and martin kept pointing at the same drinks so i think they came like 3 times. LOL.
i need to thank the triplets yet again for waking me up from my much needed sleep.

more fundraising for leukemia through world's greatest shave. live broadcast with melbourne which was pretty cool. and then it was one of my colleagues bday so we had cupcakes from the cupcake bakery. so it was like sugar overload.
and hahaha, i love funny email replies. yeah, helped me through the day when people you work with, have to send work emails to have a sense of humor.

cause we were going to the disposals yard!!! (HAHAHA that sounds SO attractive).
toyota camry hybrid presentation and test drive. now i get to say im one of the first ppl in aust (i hope) that was in one of the cars.
some pretty cool stuff. nice body. smooth ride. thought it was going to be a little bit more uplifting. and i was in the top of the range vehicle too. engine whines a little when you decelerate. i felt the interior was lacking a little, probably in terms of design. boot size is diminished significantly due to the battery. but in all, worthwhile and def worth going out to see (who can complain about time away from the office AND a sausage sizzle =D)
