so it has been established. the new store manager is an ass. hes mean and threatened us and hes cutting shifts and he gave us all a talk about how we shouldnt be takin toilet or drink breaks and theres to be no talking. and "no pressure" or anything, but they are going to record how much work u do during nightfill and shifts will be cut to "put the money where its needed"

we had all this fried stuff for yum cha (no thanks to miss wong of course and we have to thank her bf for making us go to yum cha.. again. tats all we ever eat when im with them!! lols). and we drank tea that looked like urine no thanks to carl again. hahaha
dropped cars off at my place and we went to arncliffe where (after a difficult entrance) proceeded to (at least try and) hit away 180 golf balls between the four of us and believe me that is a difficult task. the clubs sort of hurt your hands. mr be-a-man has blisters apparently. but it was really nice weather for golf.. almost hit a magpie cause it wouldnt move out of the way too.
then we took a short drive to la perouse where we had some tea (well i guess thats what u call it). place was packed which was half expected. but still very lovely. i dont think i'd ever get sick of going there. its a good place to let off steam. so we sat at this little cafe (it was called tony's) for a bit until we had to head home. oh and two certain people made mental notes to go back for the lamb souvlaki. hahaha it did look good though.
so i had a very pleasant day today. =) and here i was wondering howd i get through this public holiday long weekend.

it was imo a more mellow than usual family gathering because we were (again) missing the usual suspects. not mentioning any names: justin.
we had a bbq.. havent had one of those at my place in ages. no one could really be bothered to cook their own food.. so we sort of waited for the the dads and uncles to cook our food. haha so we ended up sitting at the table.
sparkling shiraz is not that nice.. i think i prefer normal red wine.
andrew saw the stamp that hadnt fully washed off on my arm. and he was like.. 'where did u go?' 'BDO?' and im like.. no.. no where.. and hes like 'ohh u went clubbing!!' -______________-""" lol
we played poker. and thank goodness there was no money involved this time. andrew and diana were learning how to play =)
and it was fitting that we had pavlovas with raspberry and passionfruit for dessert (and a still warm peach and almond tart). ive never actually made all the stuff on the day so it was really good that the tart was served warm like it should be. maybe next time i should try upside down pineapple cake cause tats really nice too. anyway, my family is so weird. that all wanted ice cream instead of whipped cream. O_o
ended up looking at my lovely "ecosystem" aka the fish tank. yes i know it looks nice hahaha. im tired eventho i woke at 11.

it was a nice nightclub and 'exclusive'. we had to wait in a bloody line. but had heaps of fun =D and we got back at around 4:30. some shit happened after favela but it was all good. and i was actually pretty tired last night. probably caused i worked that day as well.
i am do going to youtube and facebook some really funny pics of jan. hahahahah that girl srly has a split personality.

for those who dont already know, i have a tendency to clean and organise things when im sad/depresses/angry/pissed/upset. so i even went to the trouble of finding gloves, tea tree oil and a mop and bucket and literally made the floor freaking shiny all because i had this pent up.. emotion. and that was after a powerwalk in the arvo sun.
i even tried retail therapy but when ur sad and upset, theres nothing that will catch ur eye and say 'buy me! buy me!'

turned out to be a really good movie. like i loved the characters and the scenes were amazing. and val is a good person to go watch movies with unlike someppl. hahahahha
and the slides like froze during the ads and everyone was just like.. silent. and thinking wtf.
ive no watched the trailer to 27 dresses 4 times. and two of them was after i watched the movie. and theyre always showing the trailer to definetely, maybe. i wonder why..
night fill was relay/boring. srly.

so i ended up working all day today (haha wat else is new) and i relayed girls 1-6!!! it was so exciting. i did a wall (looks absolutely fab now if i can say so myself), clearance is all sorted and the department is presentable again as in, im no longer embarassed to say um, thats girls 1-6 here if u wanna sort of dig through it ... im thinking about working on another on soon. but i dunno yet. it depends of course. i was kind of disappointed that my manager wasnt as thrilled. she was just like 'it looks much better' i dont think she believed that i actually relayed a department since no ones done one since.. well.. sara left. lols
after work, val dropped by to bring me a pumpkin from port stephens and cherry decided to crash the party. hahahaha jks.

for a teen movie, it was ooutrageously funny. and lol, my sister even reckons that Juno looks just like her.. minus the pregnancy. for wat she was dressed as yesterday, i had to agree. and i thought it was funny that we went to buy tictacs (on top of other things) before we went to watch the movie .. and tictacs were an important part of the movie. lolol its not your average movie which is why i guess it was good.
spent over $100 on back to school crap for her. we went to officeworks and somehow managed to spend 2 hours there. yes i know its not hard. haha
a certain parent needs to stop trying to control my life. i will only rebel more. i dont give a fuck especially when im the one who has to be doing favours for other people. not happy jan

they ended up at beverly hills last night. i shoulda done but i was tired. haha and oh jolly. dont we just love fights at work. and im talking childish ones where people apparently take 'sides'. and i told one person and when i rocked up to work today.. almost everyone knew already. i was like.. but she said it to me!! LOL
and it took me bloody 20 minutes to find parking today. i thought i was going to be late. i cant believe people can b bothered to go shopping when its raining cats and dogs. we got so so hammered.

i did an all day today and it was all about markdowns. our whole department is red and white stickered. YAY! hmm..oh yeah in lunchroom, it was the two store managers (one old, the other new) and two softgds maangers and HR manager. and we called miranda to sing happy birthday to my exmanager. that was extremely funny and fun cause we put her on speaker. oh yeah and daniels like when i walk into the lunch room 'here's trouble'. HAHAHAHAHA yeah great.. right in front of the new store manager.
markdowns are tedious but omg some of the stuff is so cheap. all day i had ppl ask me if i could scan the price for them. and i would reply to be like 'this is marked down to <$4 or $5>' and they'd be like.. 'excuse me? are you serious?' and im like.. yeah yeah im not joking. and theyre like omg wow! haha which is pretty cool.
huge nursery sale too. we had 30 safety gates at half price and they went in the first hour. and we tried to call every other store in sydney and they didnt have them either. half price cots were pretty hot too. good sales.
had to rush home and change to get to marys 21st. it was well, okay i guess. personally for me it was too mellow and boring. i wouldnt even have callled it a house party.. and well. somepeople just dont change. someppl barely recognised me (tats gd right?). and i feel sorry for the only guy there. kind of reminds me of other certain times.
and guess who got her the best pressie. me of course!! im so smart i got her a poker set and everyone was like.. omg tats such a good idea! thats right!! so we ended up playing poker. =) thank goodness i didnt go with the getting her booze plan. it wouldve been a mistake on more than one account.
driving means no drinking. not that it wouldve been fun drinking with them. rofl its impossible to get smashed on cruisers.

bill comes to $128.88 which actually isnt that bad. i went to dfo today and got some pretty good stuff. although none of which i was actually looking for. but then, it never happens that way. when u want something and u try hard to find it, it's never there. i've succuumbed to that theory ages ago.

day 2 of miranda stocktake.
we spent the first 1 hour n half in toys.. that was relatively easy. lol i had to so the freakin weights. workout during work much? and then came the nightmare. and by nightmare i mean, the dirtiest, stuffiest, hottest and hugest place u can imagine that could exist inside a store.
THEIR RESERVES WAS LIKE BIGGER THAN OUR STORE PUT TOGETHER!!
and it was literally just shelves and shelves and shelves of stock. and rentokil and dust. they probably had like 50 aisles and there were ppl just scanning in each one. (keep in mind hurstville, broadway and rockdale [that i know of] on top on mirandas own people were there to scan). it was so crazy. and i have inhaled enough dust to last me the rest of the year.
did i mention we were working with my old manager? that was fun. i even had my car parked next to hers. hahaha
anyhow so glad its over. and hahaha like last night, we got lost in the carpark again. they closed the exits we used yesterday which was really really weird.. so anyway, we ended up following the miranda ppl who finished and found this new exit. and omg, there were all these speed humps and they didnt even slow down!! i was like.. no wait.. i need to catch up to see where ur going!! at least we got out.. and despite all that, got back sooner than last night. and thats an achievement =D and no i wasnt speeding.
i want to go shopping but im not sure for what.

haha its boring but its sort of fun cause everyones doing exactly the same thing all night. were doing in at miranda these two nights. and i was singled out and made to check.. i hate it when they pick u for no reason. =( and i had the worst location to scan too. ah well.

i got my hair cut today. nothing major but i think i like it. 'think' because i got a bit of a fringe now. at least my hair feels a lot lighter and eventho u can still see the really obvious roots regrowing, its better. and the girl was really nice =)

had less than two hours sleep this morning. and hahaha omfg.. got home at 5:30 am.
went to soho at the kross.. place wasn't that packed but had a really good time. =) and when u go out with target people. rumours are bound to fly. and yeah. we'll leave it at that. although i did find myself a buddy to talk about someone to. hahahahha unexpected too. LOLS and we bumped into so many ppl at the station we didnt plan on meeting. train ride was funny from someppl pole dancing to steph needing to pee really bad and steve going 'shhhhhh' the whole way there. lols
jan made chu n i walk from the kross to pancakes. omg not doing it in heels again anytime soon. i could strangle her.
the funniest thing is when u get to work. a lot of them had all days too and its so funny seeing their faces. i was feeling pretty good.. mustve been da jagerbomb and red bull vodkas. surprisingly perky. couldnt go home and sleep cause neighbours were literally tearing their house down. when i needed to sleep!
and then there was the weirdest conversation along the lines of sleeping ur way to the top. AND HAHAHAHAHA yeah. ok. $1 mil maybe. $10 grand? no. and they were asking everyone. and shitting ourselves laughing especially when one of us were paged to 'the managers office' we were like.. shit. busted.. but it wasnt that. lol
and stocktake in uniform? what a joke
but still this weekend is turning out to be one i wont forget in a while.

chocolate cheesecake with toblerone was a success imo altho some certain OLD ppl thought the peanut butter choc base was too hard. but still good =)

so i went to the doctors for the first time in i dont know how long. years probably to gt that cerival cancer vaccination thing. and hahaha i hate needles. but i didnt feel this one. except the jab. i got it at 4 in the arvo and i hate to do night fill.. that felt kind of funny. lol. and the doctor made me sit for 15 mins before i could leave the surgery eventho i srly couldnt feel a thing. it just felt a little numb. and all this hype about the 2nd and third ones being really painful. thanks to my sister and frends at work. im scared now =(
oh and lololol my sister got smashed on two drinks on NYE. and my parents found out. LOL

i dont like being under house arrest. its so boring!! and since dad had to work today, there was no big party. oh wells
so i watched some pretty boring tvb series. 60 episodes in about 7 hours. guess how much i skipped. lol
finally created a network for our computers and watched transformers.. again.
it sucks even more when u wake up really early and can't go back to sleep.
