so here i am at home.. and my phone rings.. and i knew it was work. so i deliberately didnt pick up.. and then i get a message. night fill -_-
so i thought about it and told her yeah ok.
hahaha and so i was telling her when i was at work how i didnt pick up on purpose. and she's like.. ohh we spoil you too much here.. we give u too many shifts to knock us back. and im like..

i took saturday off so i could go shop shop shopping.

uh.. oh yeah.. my phone got wetted?? =( =( =( so now i have to blow dry it... i got like.. fuck.. dont tell me i have to get another new phone.. cause it'll be like 3 in 6 months. but amazingly, it turned on again.. i was like.. yes i rock! so it seems okay..

i failed to mention i bought a pair of trackies and my white (albeit not leather) bag!

went to bj with rach for soem retail therapy which was really really needed. oh and carl. haha we had yum cha where i didnt get a special chair and esprit.. and edc. didnt actually spend as much as i planned to. i have decided that esprit jeans are no good. they just dont make good jeans.. haha i geuss it'll be on the dfo list. =D which will be sometime soon i hope.
so yeah.. we wandered around until like 7. spent heaps long at gj where it took us literally ages (AND I SO ATE HALF) to finish a huge slice of mortal sin and a drink. so freakin full..
i need sleep.. and more sleep. and i need to go to the freakin gym... and i really hope i can swap my (presumably tat i have one) sunday shift so we can shop.
meanwhile, one shall ebay some more.

like.. im gonna jump off a bridge. that was the most fucking fucked up exam ive ever had in years. quite literally. to quote rach who was quoting someone else 'fuckety-fuck' [?] something like that. correct me if im wrong. haha
im gonna skip to the after exam. it was like a random reunion for me. had primary school buddies (both schools) as well as ex-hs frends. and geez, a few words on some people. skank, whore, slut? no seriously... i mean havent seen them in another 6 months and wtf happened?
carl was kind enough to give me a lift home =) (someone else offered too... mighty glad i went with carl n rach) after we stopped at maccas so rach could feed her inner child. the two of them are so funny together. lols. came home just in time it seems since parents were out and sister was alone and godbro was arriving any min to be babysat.
plus since we have some big bash tomorrow, i had to make dessert =D. more chances for me to exercise my skills. went with 'aust' theme.. since aunt requested pavlova and so i made anzac biccies as well. oh and threw in a tiramisu cause it was easy and quick and i didnt have to stress about it. =)
focus on acct and mets now. at least try to. so depressing today.

the day before an exam is always dark and gloomy which makes me feel all yucky and lethargic. oh and cold too.
ppl keep outbidding me on ebay.. not worth it in the end. buying too much random crap.. my replacement for shopping these days. need to schedule a dfo kind of day.

this guy tried to walk out of the store with 2 grand plus worth of stock including a plasma he got from the BACKDOCK. tat is fuckin scary shit.. he was in kidswear for awhile.. cause i was relaying my walls and i was on the ladder so i could see everything. i was like wtf is wrong with the moron, he just dumped a load of shit on the floor.. he didnt succeed. i mean if he did.. A PLASMA TV plus all this other stuff.. like.. wtf is the guy standing at the door doing?!
i love afternoon naps =) too bad it wasnt raining then. cause it is now and makes me want to sleep.

so i decide now to brush up and revisit my oh-so-basic photoshopping skills... -____-

man.. morning shifts on the weekends are good. oh there was this customer who was looking for shoes right. and he asks me if it comes in a bigger size. and im like.. yeah kids sizes go up to 13. and he had a 12. and he looks at me. and im like.. okay.. ur creeping me out. hes like.. 13? aren't u going to find it for me then? and im like *double take* WTF!? uh we're a self serve store here? so i go, you're meant to find it for yourself. and i walk off cause i had a phone call on one line and another 2 customers in nursery. and a register call. and so i go down to the registers.. and hes there at the service desk and asks one of the ppl in reference to shoes and cust service i geuss.. 'this shoe comes in bigger size. you're meant to find it urself?' and im like at the register.. turn around.. look at the girl and she's like giving me this 'wtf is he talking about look' and then goes to him 'uh yeah, your supposed to serve yourself here.' HAHAHAHAHAA wat a dickhead.. and so he was like 'oh, is that right?' in a really rude manner. and walks off.
im so sick of ppl going 'u have crap stuff here in this store, they never have the sizes i want and all that shit. we are a small store, its ur fault for coming up here so late in the sale and no we do NOT keep stock at the back.

dream run to uni today. i got there by 8:30 and got a nice lil parking spot =)
and another quiet friday. the former half of the day was ok. i got boring towards the end. group meeting again and then work.
and yeah.. woes at work. a bit of bitching and backstabbing and discussion going on today. but a lot of valid points were raised. we'll see wat happens. just goes to prove not not everyone is blind.

so like there was this new guy and he thought i was 26. TWENTY SIX!?! wtf?? juss cause i guessed he was 17 AND his nationality first go.. haha. but yeah
and they were all picking on me today. lols.. apparently my name's been changed. *shrugs* it was really coincidently freaky but anyhow.

as much as this break has been welcome, at the same time i also wish that the break was after the midsems just so that i could have a break mentally. at the moment, im feeling really tired and i want to be able to tune out to everything and just be well, me (?) but i can't cause i know that i have a lot of work that's due and i can't relax just yet.
which basically means tat until the semester/winter break, i wont be able to have proper me time. i guess that working over the easter long weekend and through the week hasn't been helping either. in saying so, i can't and i'm actually unmotivated to go shopping. there's no such thing as retail therapy when you're both physically and mentally drained. add on top school holidays and the shopping centres are more of a chore than a relaxation =(
of course, there are also the times where you feel close to tuning out the rest of the world (donnas party, family gatherings) but it's just not the same.
and we were saying at work today how us usual bunch always get the arvo shifts and how it's not really fair cause it basically wastes the whole day cause there's not much that can be done in the morning. but if we had the morning shift, then we have the rest of the day instead of like a 3 hour morning, followed by work thereby taking away your afternoon and then going home or whereever for the evening and being too bummed out to want to do anything demanding. *sigh*
i feel like im writing an essay but in a way it actually makes me feel a little bit better. taking it one day at a time.

i have a score to settle with someone at work tomorrow. hahaha he's dead.
donnas party was good fun... love my approx $2 per slice of pumpkins. hahahaha yum. now i need to wash my hair and stuff. and my feet really hurt. and it was so good to see everyone even if i was really tired. wouldnt have wanted it any other way =D
and cake didnt die after all!! and k was fun too. =)

went night shopping at coles.. haha i find it fun. yeah.. kinda sad but its as close as i get to shopping these days. i just dont have the time.

woke up feeling sick and headachy. and it got worse. =(
apparently donna was on ten news (there goes her 10 secs of fame...)

maybe im under or over sleeping..

some customers need to get it into their bloody thick heads that we are a SELF SERVICE store. which means that we are not obliged to find stock for you when u can do it urself and you should not be asking us to get a 'different size' for you. ITS NOT THAT HARD TO FIND.
it must be the long weekend that ppl think they h ave heaps of money to spend.. it just doesnt stop. only made worthwhile cause of the rates.

saturday.. people shopped like it was the end of the world. couldnt walk through my department properly. and so retarded.. so many empty arms. its a good sign but ppl are CRAZY!
oh yeah, i gambled with my aunts again.. and i made a stupid mistake and eventho i still won tat game of mahjong, it couldve been more.. kicking myself over it. theyre already making plans for anzac day. hahaha

went to uni for a useless group meeting then sat on the library lawn with donna and joyce for an hour or so. i must be a magnet for all station trains cause thats all i ever catch in the afternoons. =(
work was uh.. hectic? crazy? painful? fast? there was like nothing left in the easter department. i was like. wtf?? so crazy.. seriously.. there weren't any bunnies!!! =( =( so i had to get laura an egg instead.
sooo sleeping in tomorrow.

ari dropped my phone the lil brat.. i was like.. shiiiiiattt... until i remembered it was a nokia. and nokias dont break =D and ate the rest of our tub of ice cream. hahaha da lil boy can EAT. then he had a banana and crackers. this was like in 15 mins. and he wanted to pat scout but then he got scared and ran.. and then he wanted to touch scout again.. it was so cute.
got this god damn waste of time group meeting at uni. far out. i hate group assignments.

this morning i tried to sleep in. so instead of getting out of bed at 6:45 and going to the gym, i sort of lay in bed with the sun shining on my face for an hour or so. then sara decides to give me a call (I KNEW THERE WAS A REASON WHY I DIDNT GO TO THE GYM!) and yes, thanks for giving me 20 mins to get to work boss! haha so we were stressing (more like, she was stressing and making me stress) all day. and i had to say to her, dude, i'll stay longer, but NOT until 5:30. that kinda backfired on me cause she was like.. fine, i dont want u to stay too long, that way i can put u on all day sat -____-". so i stayed till 3. i was meant to finish at 1:30. then she said 2:30. and then it was three and i was like. bye! i dont care wat u say. =D
registers were a killer so it was hard to keep up changing front ends, setting up ad, returns and taking care of the work exp girl. but managed to get returns done and close girls too so all good. lol its so funny at the registers cause i know tat the kids clothing goes on sale tomorrow, and here u have these ppl buying massive amts of clothes for 'easter'. HAHAHA wait a day and u guys save massive but no... *shrugs* more money for us. oh and on the floor, im making the font ends look pretty, and theyre buying all the stuff (without the sale) and we were like.. what r we gonna sell tomorrow??? lols
working during weekdays are actually a lot easier and relaxing (in proportion of course) compared to weekends and thurs nights. its just really different. oh and waynes back =D

so apparently i have fucked up my metabolism and i need to eat more to lose weight. at this stage, thats easier said than done.

i finally got a 1-5 sunday shift. it hasn't happened in a while. and omfg.. we (the usual bunch), exciting as it was that we were all working at the same time (like, hasnt happened since.. christmas?), ended up having the biggest shits for a certain person. like.. laura and i and mans towards the end had to work our ass off cause someone wasnt pulling their weight. how fuckin long does it take to do a pick up in underwear and clean nursery? all fuckin afternoon apparently. while laura and i both had to deal with a really trashed kids department and FOUR returns trolleys. we ended up finishing three which was a miracle. even nads was like r u guys ok and asked if we needed help. like what the fuck, its not fair that we're the ones who work our asses off and get shit ass shifts, and she (no names) gets FULL DAY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. and it's not like we can't work. geez talk about april fools. so unfair. so unhappy =( i mean, yeah we got it done and everything but you can't tell me that it took her 4 hours this morning to do two returns trolleys and leave the rest of the place looking like it's gone through hell. cause that's how it looked when we went on the floor at one.
ive decided to restart my 'protein' plan...I FUCKING HATE PLATEAUS. tearing myself apart. today wasn't the best start either. so i will bash myself over it. and move on again. which probably means i can't (won't) be eating much (if at all) for donnas party. =S i hope making an appearance will be enough. i dont know yet.
