woke up really really early cause my stupid clock radio had the wrong time (i mustve accidently changed the time when i was setting the alarm) so i ended up waking at like 6 instead of 8 and it was freezing cause the timer to my heater hadnt turned on yet. so i was lying in bed for 2 hours cause it was dark and cold.
val came over at 9 to eat porridge and then we went to birkenhead. of course, i was driving cause she's a chicken. =P =P jk she's driving to dfo next time. got there around 10.
and hahaha man.. bought all branded stuff.. not intentionally but thats just the way it turns out.. cause like the percentage reductions, it was more worthwhile getting the branded stuff anyway. and oh man, i was soo close to getting this 250 dollar CK trench.. but i tried it on and it was SOOOOOO heavy.. so no didnt get it. neither did i buy the white one i was eyeing.. cause i dont want a white one and cause it wasnt that long. at dfo, main aim will be to get tops cause i didnt get very many (any actually.. not real ones anyway). i saw that esprit top again and i was convinced by val not to get it. haha and well, no regrets there. it just wasnt meant to be. and was looking at my bank account. i officially have 21 cents for the end of month!! that will attract ... 1 cent interest maybe. lol

this morning, well around midday went to jens for a movie. her lil nephew is so cute. watched cinderella story.. haha it was okay. and hmm yeah.. we sat there and watched willy. and was dogged by someone who just "realised" that she had an exam to study for.
went to work. all by myself but i handled it =) got my shirt too. damn it.. its a bit big.. knew i shouldve gotten the smaller size. thanks joyce for telling me to go for the bigger one. and i cant b bothered to change it. cause its too much of a hassle. so bah. yeah. =(

night filling today. and i have an additional shift tomorrow which means no extended shopping day for me. so might just go to westfield to get some necessities.. maybe some shopping on friday but again restricted by time. dont know yet. but shouldnt waste it sleeping in.

oh yeah there was this guy who came into work wearing st geogian blazer.. so i was like.. why are u wearing a st georgian blazer.....? and turns out hes a techie, yr 11. and today was the annual tech v. st g netball game where we [apparently] got thrashed...

finished!!! legal today.. it was okay.. that is, there was enough time.. cause during last 10 mins.. i wasright ont he edge so i had a really good view of the racecourse.. so i just looked out the window at the track and stuff. so pretty. but i had a really dodgy table. it was higher than usual and it was slanted the wrong way and it wobbled damn it.
then went to city with anna and tiff and jeff.. and hahaha oh man.. myer had 90% shoes right.. and *cough* someone bought 4 pairs....... enough said. im so glad i have a job now. lol but oh man.. sif u can resist.. and it was kinda funny cause the guys like for annas pair and one of mine.. 'the other shoe has gone missing..' lol. okay.. i'll just find another pair. =X =D so that was my ahem.. splurge today.
and since i got a central ticket.. i had to walk back to central.. and gdi, had to rush home and basically drop everything and drive to work. lucky there were heaps of parking in our target corner of the rooftop.. haha we have our own flight of stairs u see =D =D
6 hours stocktake.. it was okay.. my department today!! i had to count all the nappies!! hahahha and baby suits and stuff. lol and yes, we all felt sorry for the guy who got the bibs.. that was a mess. hahahhaa wouldnt stop complaining. absolutely hilarious. heaps of damamged and stolen stock =S its amazing what ppl do..srsly.. and had to eat junk food for dinner =X =X =( dougies.. which is next to bakery king.. well i had a wrap.. which is half junk.. good thing i only had brekkie today otherwise it woulda killed me.

oh yeah, and i finally got my esprit card. yay!!! but they spelt my name freakin wrong. and its not the 'I' problem.. they put one 'N' instead of two. stupid bakas. how hard is it to copy a name from a piece of paper. its not like i have really bad handwriting. but more plastic for my wallet.. this one definetely gets a slot.
really wanna shower and stuff.. cause i been in the same clothes for like 15 hours and there was heaps of dust in the store.. bah.. and im dehydrated.

i missed out on a family gathering/dinner [grandmas bday.. which means money for me =D] for a 7 hour stocktake shift.. and its painful.. have to scan every single barcode.. and argh!! but its sort of fun in a way too.. haha.. for the first 2 hours maybe.
so i got to meet more people today.. and well, a few of them were still in school.. but they were like older/same age as me? and dont aspire to be anything great.. flight attendant for example. but tat sounds cool.. and it would suit the girl i suppose. lot of underage drinkers and really "hardcore" clubbers.. typical eh.
glad i got out of tomorrows shift. need to study though.

then i went for a big of shopping.. and decided to go roselands for a change. and hmm.. it was v.. interesting. i ran into two people and met.. "met" a third person. lol.. u know those people who try to get u to sign up to sponsorships n stuff.. well it was one of those.. some medical one.. and haha the guys so funny. hes like randomly asking qs.. and then hes like.. so u know what we do.. blah blah, we need ppl to help us out. and then i go to him.. {HAHAHA} 'i would like to but im actually not 18 yet'.. i went to sleep around 2 and woke up between 6:30 and 6:45 (tats what my two alarms were set to). but im quite sure i got out of bed at 6:37. and just had time to have some coffee (although i had to add cold water into it to make it drinkable) and then val comes to pick me up at 7. the girl is very on time.. which is really really good. cant say the same about others.
dropped by 7 eleven for her to get some brekkie. up n go is nice =) the goodness of two weetbix and milk. haha and rach got some coffee. got to central right on time and it was good cause it wasnt too crowded and we got on a bus pretty much without waiting too long.
accting final.. let's skip that part shall we?
moving along.. went back to anzac pde to catch bus.. and caught the 372 cause the 393 was freakin packed with uni students.. haha and we were tehre first and these stupid other 4 ppl pushed in basically and got on.. and this other lady was tehre too and she was majorly pissed. and rightly so. so we ended up cathing bus to city.. anna got off at museum (well we all did) and we walked back to central. donna left us halfway to run across george st to catch her bus. leaving val and i to head back to central. got on train and went home. oh yeah there was some other incident i was supposed to mention.. something bout donna sits on a seat, and val comes along and sits on another seat.. ahhaha yes u r that unpopular =P
i decided to do some light shopping.. and i really felt like muesli so i bought muesli, milk and yoghurt. HAHAHA tat was fun.. then i went swimming, knowing that there'll be heaps of people.. and wondering if it was a good idea. i just got home, havent even showered yet (someone's in the bathroom) and still wet.
so anyway, was already like sort of stressed and tired and whatever.. and i was sort of pushing myself to do my laps (first mistake). and didnt do warm up laps properly (second mistake) and decided to use flippers without the proper warm up (third mistake). so i got to around 20 laps and then it felt like i pulled a huge leg muscle.. like i was literally in heaps of pain.. couldnt move. i so sort of stood at the end of the lane for a few minutes until i could move my legs again. then i was like 'okay, obviously shouldnt push myself so hard, i'll be satisfied today if i can get to 80'.. so sort of swam slower.. and still pushed myself to do 100 so im content on that level especially since i was swimming without kicking.. towards the end i was using my legs more but it wasnt too much.. just hurt if there was too much movement.. so this was probably the most painful swimming session ever.. but still prolly not the slowest if im counting lap time.

its funny when u discuss something with someone, and after the discussion, whatever u were discussing happens or occurs or comes up.

i said i'd get up early.. and i did. before dawn to b exact. wasnt exactly easy but i feel good now =D. it was freezing as usual.. and i only had on swimmers n boardies over a cardigan .. haha but the pool was heaps heaps warm!! noticed a new phease/group of people who swim during the 'first session' cause pool opens at 6.. and i got there around 7 and it was all the businessy ppl who obviously need to go to work cause they get out of the pool round 7:30. oh yes, and it is generally quieter too, ie, u can hear the tranquil splahing of water (LOL).. plus the carpark had wayyy less cars. on another note tho, it could b that people were all taking "sickie roos" as termed by the media for staying up and watching the world cup match. haha
now i feel like i gained a few hours in the day.. cause id either b sleeping or still at the pool.
oh yeah and notice the outrageous prices.. not a happy customer >_< the increases are unjustifiable.. they already charge more than all the other up-there pools and gyms.
anyhow, will concentrate on my cup of coffee/tea.. its sooo goood. and cause i need it.

i cme for qma tute.. i am just such a good girl eventho i didnt absorb much. oh well, so ended up going to qma lecture with perveen and anna. haha tat was.. fun. 2 hour break.. so long lunch in quad food court. making ur own sandwich is so much fun. =)
then legal tute. and well, it was such a 'fitting' way to finish the semester. i think im actually going to miss this tutorial cause of the people. theyre so funny and easy going and always cracking jokes at everything. got our assignments back. i got a D (anna got a HD da smart girl)! =) and this girl was really pissed caused she failed. anyway, seems quite a few ppl in my class did pretty well, ie, the non-fobs and the ones who talk and stuff.. 20s all round for this bunch. was talking to the guy next to me.. ahh, poor him.. he went over the word limit by 500+ cause he didnt know (lol) and he got a really good mark.. so it wouldve been better if he didnt go over the limit. but yeah, that was funny. and we were talkin about the final and stuff (whilst ignoring our tutor.. we tended to do that a lot). but yea, it was nice to end the semester like that.
bussed it back to city with cherry and donna and was dragged the world square and across george st. i left them eventually to get back to hursty.. went to priceline and spent more money!! argh!! but well.. haha i will not spend any more money for a couple of weeks at least i hope. unless its absolutely necessary.
so by the time i walked home, it was dark.. and the oval entrance, ie, the gate.. there was wat i thought was this giant giant rat running along the gate into the tree.. then i realised it was a possum. so i watched it until it went into the tree. very surprised to see a possum firstly, in hursty and secondly, in this weather so yea. the things that we find interesting...
oh yes, and i (ashamedly) think i actually want to watch BB.. i was watching the up late last night. hahaha insecurities. wat losers. but i am such a sucker for reality tv sucker.. *sigh*

did i mention dondon told valval to use find to see how many times i mentioned their names? and she stupidly (=P) did it? hahahahaha i found that so funny.

got up this morning and the sun was out! and it wasnt that cold either.. something i sort of regretted towards the middle of the day when it started to pour again. but it sort of cleared up so twas all good. but sunshine on wet roads and pavements is a sight for sore eyes. the glare is extra bad and i didnt bring my sunnies. (and myer had ck sunnies at a massive 50 percent off!!! =( =( no money... so i had to settle for buying sockettes. haha)
legal lecture wasnt worth going to but we didnt know that. and acct.. got quiz back. i passed!! =D =D haha wasnt the greatest mark but i think i did okay in comparison to other people.. judging from the comments my tutor made to individuals.
hour break.. spent in colonnade to keep out of the rain. hahaha donna and jeff were talking bout k. and anna was so lost.. the boy knows how to sing in chinese with a very westernised accent...? and he likes janice and jolin. quite amusing. anyway, gave him a hug n said bye since prolly wont see him around for a very long time cept during finals.
had to go to po to get a money order, then drop by target.. and as expected, i was rostered on during exams so i told my supervisor that i had to take a couple of days off. will have to recheck again next week prolly. but stocktake time so yeah.. knew it was coming. but she was very nice about it.. altho kinda disappointed. haha
still deciding whether i should go to qma tute tomorrow morning or not.. have 2-3 hour break depending on if we decide to go to qma before legal tute which i have to go to... hmmmmmmm.

swimming through the rain again.. killed myself almost. have this giant bruise on my knee and my elbow/arm is in major pain. and for some reason, everytime i swallow, theres this dull ache near my lungs.. like inner ache.. =X =X i have no idea why.
kinda a wrap up today during the lectures and stuff. no lectures on thurs for acct and micro! so will get to leave early.
got completely soaked from walking to central station from the bus.. and it wasnt far at all.. even with umbrella and stuff. pants were like knee-length wetted.. =(
anyhow, earlybird myer stocktake sale!! went to roselands cause i was convinced by anna to go there instead of hursty. so i did that. drove around the car park like an idiot until i found the right level. -_-" haha then had to walk through the rain to get to the entrance.. which was packed with people till i found anna in a lil corner.
grabbed myself a pair of shoes and a black top. shoes were 50% off =) so prolly wear them to work. haha and we went to kitchenware for the fun of it.. and kids clothing and shoe section.. fun fun fun. heaps of people everywhere though.
so yes, and enjoyed the bit of night driving in the rain.

i neglected to mention that theres a new shoe shop along the fashion walk of westfield. belts i think.. still doesnt beat mathers =(

woke up to the buzzing of my alarm.. took me a while to figure out it was the alarm and then even longer to turn it off. why? cause it was still dark dark dark at 8 in the morning.. and COLD! it felt more like 6 in the morning but i dragged my ass up for one freakin lecture (it was worth it). braved the rain and the cold and hahaha (stupidly) wore thongs.. simply cause i hadnt in a long time. hahahahaha fun fun.
lecture was good as i said.. always fun to hear a real barrister talk about real cases. haha and hes really good at telling stories which made it better. then hung with anna after as usuall.. felt bloated then.. and cold and tummy ache =( but still good good good.
then headed homewards.. bus was there waiting. which was good.. cept the driver could NOT for the life of him drive.. and since i was standing, the impact of sudden breaking along with wet surface made it even worse. like everybody was almost thrown forward. passed a car accident on the way.. not too surprised cause of the weather. train ride was crappy too. from allawah to hursty, it took 10 minutes. 10 freakin minutes and we didnt even stop at allawah!!! argh!! something bout trackwork issues. so yeah.. that was.. rather boring. lots of suddent jolts and stops as well.. cause of the tracks safety mechanisms the train driver says. and i remember his voice, hes the one whos really enthusiastic about announcing the next station and stuff.. n he kept talking when the train was stopping saying tat there were trackwork issues etc etc.
so got back to hurstville, went throught he arcade and stopped at the clothes and shoe shops on the way. the clothes shops.. i was actually quite surprised to note that it wasnt at all cheap, for rather cheapish looking articles of clothing. so that was a no, not buying anything from u, ever if i can help it. the shoe shop on the other hand, surprisingly cheaper (funny that i thought it would've been the other way around).. would consider going back there. headed into westfield.. bought pair of blank pants from tightrope for 10 bucks. down from 30 and theyre okay.. much better than esq.. tat shop reeks cheapness too. and yes, i did go in there. so for cheap clothing, tightrope not too bad. then went to myer as a must.. and cause anna was saying that she got in the mail the stocktake invite.. and i was like.. i didnt get one!! (i did, i checked my email as soon as i got home =D) so someone might head to hurstville tomorrow night.. time permitting. i am not going to roselands! =P well, either better shoes. or better clothes.. hmm. ah yes, and the esprit collection had 30% off. but nah.. the trench was affordable but the colour, that shade of brown just isnt me.. plus i want to have a huge shopping spree after finals.
walked home in the cold and rain.. and jeans got wetteded.. oh yeah, at uni, there was this girl whos jeans were litreally soaked... i would hate to be her for the rest of the day.. sticky, clammy feeling *shudder*. and i hear thunderclouds rolling in.

i was aiming to bake custard.. but i ended up with something that looked more like a souffle without knowing it. not enough milk my guess. intersting though.. since i had to hunt for a sugar substitute. my lil inventions =D and there was no cinnamon or nutmeg.. tats definetely going on the big big shopping list in 6 weeks time. ive been staring and amending the lists so many times out of boredom.
i was so tempted to take the car out for a spin (the parents are out and the kids have been dumped at home to fend for themselves. actually, theyre next door at some bbq.. whatever. stinking up my room noisy bastards) but its sunday night and there's no where to go and damn, im not 18 yet =P and neither is val so even if i did call her up there would b no point...
did some accounting but i didnt get very far.. as though theres something pulling me back. i should be in study mode but no, things never go according to plan.

spent friday and today watching la femme desperado.. knowing that i shouldnt. but i suppose, (looking on the "bright" side), that its better than say, in a weeks time. but well, thats two days of no work done!
but just had to watch and watch.. sort of like something u can't put down. have to find out what happens. rather interesting plotline.. but still too predictable for tvb. and i hate u valval for making me d/l it!!!!!!! =P =P
anyhow, finished now, so at least i get a day to study and stuff.. i hope.

and the irony is that it wasnt too cold today, relatively speaking.
hmm but felt pretty sleepy today.. its like one of those days that u can just sit on the sofa and doze off days.. ahh.. but no, had to go to uni.
qma tute.. lol. got our quizzys back. and well, haha, im satisfied with my mark considering we got the HARDEST quiz out of ALL the tutorials.. just my luck. i cant believe some tutes got simple depreciation questions. no fair! and our tutor was like 'i can see you guys are having major problems with matrices and ranks..' and everyone cracked up. like literally no one in the class got the full answer i think.
qma lecture.. did absorb much. it was that sleepy feeling again. same with acct but i got more there cause had to take notes. and we had an extended accounting group today.
lunch.. after valval got annoyed that we were taking too long to decide.. poor girl was so tired and snappy. and jsut as i got back to hursty she called me and told me she'd lost her car keys (she lost her wallet yesterday, but luckily she got it back). =( =( so yeah =( =( =( its worse than wat happened to me on the saturday. =( it just isnt her week.
think i'll do some tweaking later.. some things need updating.
and eventhough he prolly won't see this, happy birthday michael... old bugger =P
